The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
BBC managed a small mention of our great cricketers and a certain Cameron Norrie through gritted teeth. Time for the licence fee to be scrapped for many. Oil holding up this morning and looking forward to market updates from both SHEL and BP in the coming months.
DVH.....lost about £5k on KEFI after untruths and once I met Harry for the second time in Cape Town when he was ahem significantly worse for wear and very economical with the truth I exited and make no bones about that. Since then I have built a large position in another gold developer in Africa which has gone from initial small resource in 2016 to near production now and looking to produce 260k ozs in first year. No Umbrella Agreements and no bank debt required in that case. Good luck to the very many locked in LTH's here !
Perhaps I have been shorting the s*** out of this circus act run for the sole benefit of HAA since 2006. You only need to deposit £20,000 cash as cover with a broker.
Wrong man running this Company is the problem and it has been since 2006 ! Remember the 10p days before 1:17 consolidation. Absolute disgrace and a lifestyle company. The latest presentation was dreadful and it looks as if he was only talking to a few hangers on and a lawyer, PR person etc. Met the man a few times in Cape Town and was not impressed.
Thanks Bishop......I have over 50 stocks on my watchlist and will have a look.
Fully aware of Chalice and Eritrea but it is the discovery in WA that is more meaningful.
And it has only taken HAA 13 years to get to this stage. I thought his presentation was dire and shows what a fool he is. He mentions that you cannot find opportunities like this in Australia . I suggest that he is not only well out of his depth but also does not follow what is happening outside his little world. Chalice (ASX:CHN) and Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) have found projects which lazy people failed to look for and all in the past few years.
Unfortunately all the big volume this morning is on the sell side. RNS hardly inspiring and seems as if the potential mine will have a high strip ratio.
According to my dividend spreadsheet tomorrow's divi is 14p per share.
Who says that SA is worth 5p on its own apart from spivvy Harry ? KEFI has a minority interest which is not so appealing in any case. Cannot wait to see how the inevitable cost overrun is being dealt with in the umbrella agreement due to be signed off tomorrow.
I just wish that JT would bite the bullet and sell his 2 million odd shares since it would clear an overhang in the stock.
Calling a pilot plant a pilot mine is very misleading but that is GR all over. The point of a pilot plant is to produce a couple of hundred tonnes of concentrate for potential customers to analyse for themselves so that they know what they might be getting in the future. They will be looking very carefully at all elements in the concentrate especially at those which would attract penalties.
I thought that Lynch was a dinosaur until I read that Scargill had joined a picket line again at a rail station in Yorkshire. Great to see so many loyal ? Labour MPs decided to join a picket line at Victoria Station yesterday. Angela " I cannot stop uncrossing my legs" Rayner was elsewhere on another picket line. Massive funds paid direct to these MP's by the Unions. Heaven help us and I am seriously looking at relocating to Portugal like a few of my friends.
Few chunky sells in this morning so we might just get sub 0.31 today. Is the spodumene not as good as GR has suggested ?
Stunning Announcement and just the kick that the share price needed !
And with the war in Ukraine looking set to go beyond the end of this year, I expect Brent Oil to remain at $105 plus ringing the tills at BP. Trouble at the moment is with EU not really joining sanction busting on Russian oil and gas. Good to see that smirk wiped off the face of the boy Macron who really thought that Putin would take any notice of what he had to say. Looking forward to £4 plus once again.
And Sir Beer Korma will never criticise the unions since he knows very well who funds the Labour Party . He now thinks that by shouting louder he will become less boring but more puce faced.
And how much sympathy will these train drivers get from the public , especially pensioners ? £50,000 per annum and up to £70,000 with bonuses not forgetting free rail travel. The unions were howling with anguish when guards came off the Underground and more so when many ticket offices closed. These union bosses are dinosaurs not prepared to recognise that we are now in the 21st Century.
Dividend of 3.98p paid on 10 June and next declaration is on 28 July for payment in September. Another 4p would be welcome.
