One way to cut inflation slightly for many would be to scrap the TV licence fee straight away. So much left wing garbage spouted by the BBC for example.
Alert.......so why did GR come all the way to London to live it up at shareholders expense and toss a few crumbs in front of a few shareholders. ? Why put out the results from one drillhole that was not exactly exciting. Publish a table of all drill results to date with an outline of the pit shell which would not be too difficult (except for GR) and shareholders can see what needs to be done at the pre-strip level.
Daz...sure it is apparently going to be an open pit but a huge amount of overburden to clear before getting to the first bit of ore.
Wolf.......53 metres of overburden is a lot to remove before you hit any payable ore on that drill hole announced today. GR obviously smiling at the latest presentation knowing he was about to release today's RNS. Pilot plant not pilot mine you fool. I bet the Chinese are smiling as they look at all the penalty clauses they have in the contract. Where are the pictures of the fabulous groundworks ?
It is crazy that London South East cannot get the correct dates for qrtly reporting above in line with Company dates. Unfortunately I will be at Goodwood tomorrow through to Saturday so hoping the announcement is at 7 am.
Well we should have some more information when Q2 results are due to be published next week.
You might receive some encouraging information when Q2 results are out tomorrow !
Wolf,,,........it is a ******* pilot plant not mine . There is a huge amount of work to be done beforehand and if the groundworks are so advanced as GR would have us believe let us all see the photos. Not at all surprised by the reaction to this latest RNS.
Pilot Plant sounds fantastic in theory but not if you are feeding through dirt for the first 53 metres !
So now we see one drillhole result which is actually quite poor when you look at the overburden and thin widths with nothing in between. Keep pumping Snowking.
NEVER invested here. The 10p that I mentioned was the price that the former Chairman Professor Ian Plimer soid out at and he had some very choice words about Harry when he left ! I have bumped into HAA a few times in Cape Town and that is all you need to know. Have to say 10p before 1:17 consolidation to where the shares are now is a joke ! Good luck with your investment.
Snowking.....you mean assay results that the Chinese allow GR to release. You need a 25m by 25 m drilling grid and every single hole analysed with every metre or 2 metre section reported upon. Totally meaningless otherwise and hope for your sake that the overburden is not too great . Good luck.
Hope that HAA has political insurance in place but I very much doubt that this has been finalised yet....the rates are eye watering !
Glad that I invested in ASX listed gold stocks and lithium plays a few years ago instead of this dog of a share run by HAA. Good luck with your sinking investment. HAA spouting NPV's on "not yet financed" projects is laughable and bordering on fraudulent misrepresentation unless he is using a discount rate of 15% to 20%.
Very shrewd buy ? This stock was trading a few years back at 10p before 1:17 share consolidation. HAA way out of his depth but has enjoyed a great lifestyle at the expense of all the "nervous nellies" that he likes to call his shareholders. An ASX listed company raised A$ 200 million in past couple of years in 2 chunks to build a mine in Africa and amazingly it took less than one month each time to conduct DD and get the finance. So what's up Harry ?
Looks as if Sleepy Joe is having problems getting OPEC + to increase its oil supply substantially . He neds to replace his strategic reserve that he flogged off. I hope that we will have $100 oil for most of the remainder of 2022.
Shiny......or is being somewhat economical with the truth. GR has form on this.
Fidepax....Unilever offer was rejected because some of the top brass here would have lost their jobs so saving their skins at the expense of loyal shareholders who actually own the Company !
Now that the Chinese have their foot in the door , they will be the only ones allowed to partake in any more placings if they so wish. GR will have absolutely no say in the matter.
Bet GR had a good old chuckle after the meeting and especially when he had a slap up lunch in Mayfair the next day before flying home First Class.
