The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Did GR tell you about institutional buying as any institution of any standing would want to get in for a minimum of $2 million on a placement. There are plenty of lithium projects around the world for the likes of Canadian and USA instos including Sprott. Which instos have been on site recently ?
EY (Ernst and Young) partners now get £800,000 per annum and we all know how many financial disasters there have been over the years where auditors have had the wool pulled over their eyes . PwC, KPMG and others all guilty.
Tinker......if we need to raise more tax then surely those earning say £250,000 plus could pay a top rate of 50% and those earning say £500,000 plus could pay a top rate of 55%. VAT on certain items , such as overpriced Champagne and other very expensive wines could attract VAT at 24%.
Since the divi is declared in USD , probably due to exchange rate difference ?
BT........you may yet be able to buy at 5p or less and good luck if you manage it.
These results will get all of Keir Korma's "ladies" incandescent with rage especially Reeves and Rayner.
Just listened to Bloomberg News and there is a prediction that since strategic oil reserves in the USA are very low the price of oil may well trade 20% higher than current prices for a large part of 2023.
The BBC news has become so predictable and I enjoyed their footage of a couple of young women in designer clothes and fake tans at a food bank in Sunderland, Surprised that they were not puffing away on their Ecigs as well. The Edwards frown and the Chris raised eyebrows are highly amusing.
Looking forward to Q3 results on 1 November just to get oh so pious Kier Korma and delightful Angela Rayner ranting and raving about another windfall tax. How about a tax on MPs that use their taxpayer funded accommodation in London as a love nest ? Angela will be able to answer that and KS can explain why he recommended despicable Watson for elevation to the House Of Lords .
The Germans had the right idea when these idiots glued themselves to the floor in a VW factory.....police just entered , had a look and switched the lights off and left them for the night.
Jakers......just hope that quite a few people will remember that cringeworthy picture of the lovely Angela Rayner stepping out of her taxpayer funded London pad with her boyfriend with a toothbrush sticking out of his top pocket. Sir Keir sitting amongst these lovely ladies on his bench must make him feel very self important.
Tinker......unfortunately many of those who benefited hugely from staying at home and receiving generous furlough payments are now bleating about cost of living crisis which the BBC gorges itself upon. Huge amount of COL crisis stems from Putin's special exercise , including gas, grain, sunflower oil, wheat, barley etc. etc. I remember a mortgage rate of 15% and a dollar sterling exchange rate of around $1,02 which was fantastic as I was FD of a publishing group in London selling masses of books to the USA. The shadow bench in the House of Commons will look very much like stale white bread.
On the face of it a very solid set of results especially when you factor in slippage on Voisey Bay royalty stream due to shipping delays. Looking for a dividend increase at some stage after full year results.
At least it now looks as if we will have a PM who had the temerity to tell Liz Truss that her ideas were from La- La land and all on record . I was very disappointed that so many of the "party membership" fell for her ideas on taxation and both BJ and her have a lot to answer for. Beating that joker Jeremy Corbyn in a general election was not a great achievement was it ?
Very high strip ratio according to results put out to date. Snowking and you seem to lack much knowledge to be in this game and suggest that you take a bit of time to educate yourselves by looking at Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) in which I have been invested since 2.5c and also look at Atlantic Lithium now on ASX and AIM. Compare drilling results for starters and then look at the directors . George is still in kindergarten compared to the Tim Goyders and Neil Herberts of this world.
Profitbags..... The multitude of rose tinted players on here should sit down and watch this video which I first saw in 2015. Would anybody seriously take the fat clown's word against that of respected and experienced analysts. My contact in Zimbabwe went to the site a couple of weeks later and reported back that nothing was happening. The body language and squirming by GR tells you everything you need to know about him and I have met the man face to face in London and Cape Town. Shares were trading above 2p around May/June 2015 !!
Johnny......you should know by now that Snowking is a real amateur when it comes to exploration and going forward into mining through PFS, DFS etc. I have asked him countless times what he thinks the strip ratio is. The fact that GR puts out in an RNS that they cut the core , label it and crush for analysis is banal beyond belief but perhaps GR has just realised this himself.
A low strip ratio ? You are kidding and suggest that you have a look at the width of the intersections released this morning at Atlantic Lithium
kspine.....I have been involved with companies building mining camps in the bush in Australia, South Africa and Botswana. Building with bricks is a total farce and you only have to look at what Tietto Minerals (ASX:TIE) have achieved on the ground in a few months with a fully functioning mining camp. They have given shareholders a visual update every month and are looking at producing gold in the next couple of months (Not investment advice as we have serious investors on board). Is George building a hunting lodge for himself ?
retirement.....no , just waiting for this to sail past 500 and stay with it from under £3 level. Too early to think about selling.
