Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Mike .......Let us forget about the Chinese since they will undoubtedly act only for their benefit , not existing shareholders. The ASX will open up other possibilities and a Company in which I have been invested for many years is Liontown Resources (LTR). Offtake deals with anybody worthwhile except Chinese and I applaud them for that.
And what happens if there is a clause in the Rainbow Agreement that penalises KEFI if the price of gold falls below a certain figure such as $1700 for example. ?
SK.....I beg to differ and you still have not addressed what the strip ratio will be , how much ore will be required to produce a 6% plus concentrate . How is this concentrate going to get to China ? South African railway network is hopeless at the moment but perhaps GR has an allocation . Since you take everything that he says as gospel , please ask him and what the transport costs will be as well as the tariffs to be paid if transporting through SA , Mozambique or Namibia.
Commando.......the drilling results are not that good and the overburden looks very high and hence strip ratio will be high if this gets into production. For the DFS to be completed an independent verification will be required for every drill hole and that firm should already be on site looking at how the samples are prepared.
SK and Wolf.......you just keep listening to GR and you will be OK. Have either of you been down a mine, looked at core samples in trays or even visited ZIM. Sounds as if both of you are pig ignorant on these matters and I will be sticking around on this board. It is people like GR and HAA at Kefi amongst others that give AIM a bad name. Still waiting for assumptions on farcical valuations being spouted on here. Happy days.
SK......I dealt with SGS for many years when working with them in South Africa and to say some of the results were inaccurate beggars belief as does the nonsense about magnetic earth effect. It looks as if the results were not want GR expected which is far more likely.
And not forgetting that the USA will need to build up its oil reserves once more after supplying from its strategic reserve.
SK......please enlighten all of us on the numbers that you have used to state " prem is getting each day closer to becoming a spodumene producer selling close to $0.25 billion a year". Particularly interested in what you have assumed for overall spodumene grade , strip ratio, deleterious material penalties and rate of interest for plant construction debt. Perhaps it was all a dream but your 6 nodding donkeys seem to have liked it .
Bickmaster.......so you have all the drill data including the grade over every 2 metres, know the strip ratio and overall grade then ? You obviously understand the political risk premium for Zimbabwe and know exactly how many tonnes need to be fed through the pilot plant to produce a concentrate. In addition you obviously know what the concentrate grade is as well as penalties for deleterious material. And after all that you come up with a figure of $1 billion. Most likely scenario in my opinion is that GR will sell his stake to the Chinese and let them take the Company private which would be a lot of fun. Why did GR come to London in any case ?
Obviously Berenberg would have been aware of today's bullish RNS when raising their latest share price target. Trust that the Company will be able to maintain the current dividend payout and increase substantially in 2024 onwards.
Hammered....why on earth would I want to come up to London to listen to GR ? It is obvious that the clown would be unable to answer any of those questions truthfully and would have great difficulty in calculating the strip ratio. I thought that one of his band of groupies would ask something along those lines. Looks as if the market is once again somewhat underwhelmed in any case. Why was GR in London in any case ?
Bongo.....when you have a clown such as GR running this company it is a paradise for traders on the "short" side. Shares were just shy of .4 within last month. This is just a pilot plant....did anybody explain how many tonnes of spodumene in the ground are required to make 1 tonne of concentrate. Did anybody mention what the strip ratio is likely to be . Did anybody question what penalties might be imposed by the offtakers ? These are only 3 very basic questions and we are yet to see a table showing every drillhole and detailed results on each.
Latest strong buy from you at 0.6195 p. Please let us all know how the inevitable cost overruns are going to be dealt with and how the political insurance with Lloyds of London is going ?
badprophet.....well done and I have just sold my entire holding today banking a 37% profit in 14 months excluding dividends. I see better opportunities elsewhere but will keep an eye on developments here.
Bickmaster.....agree with you 100% and it would be good if that information that you suggest is laid out in full in an RNS. Normal practice on ASX listed companies.
Acker.......your written English is pathetic. Please ask teacher to give you a spelling test. I have read the RNs drivel that GR puts out and so glad that I invested in a proper lithium stock that has 3 offtake partners , none of which is Chinese thank heavens.

acker.....121 posts on PREM in the last 30 days. Are you OK ? Get a life !
meoryou......how about KS or the lovely sweet talking Angela Rayner who both looked divine at the Gay Pride march in London then ?
Not worried about pullback yesterday in both BP and SHEL since we have Q2 results due to be released on 2 August and 27 July respectively. So long as oil holds around $100 we should be OK.
