George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
BATS and BP have been stellar performers over the past year or so but do not let holier than thou Sir KS and his sidekick know about it since they will want a special tax . By the way I wonder how much it costs to run the Durham Miners Hall. Perhaps that could be sold off to help those that cannot pay their bills up there ?
This Company has been a lifestyle company for well over 10 years and RY is a lousy Canadian spiv to put it mildly. Have seen him present a couple of times at mining events in London and he was always the least impressive speaker.
"Flocking around the Ethiopian Minister". Really , just about every mining minister from countries in Africa are at this mining conference and bankers will be flocking around all of them. Just waiting to see the HNW's and instos flocking to buy shares in KEFI today and tomorrow after today's presentation.
Of course he is there splurging on big steaks and strong Shiraz wines from the Cape. Last time I was at the same table as him he was pretty sloshed and telling a couple of porkies.
Probably a similar scam that we received from the USA a year or so ago in connection with a VCT that my wife owned in the nineties but sold about 2010. Apparently a fund was wiling to pay well over the odds to gain control of the VCT Fund. Two long phone calls and confidentiality agreement followed. The catch was that we had to pay up front fees $500 for legal fees which we declined. Anybody can obtain shareholder lists from the relevant Share Registrar for a fee and these are used to sell loft insulation etc. etc.
Fevertreeman........he has managed nada since before 2010 except trouser obscene fees. There must be a big hole in the funding since prices for steel , cement etc. will have gone up massively since the DFS capex estimate.
Excellent article but Marxist tendencies still in Labour (remember Sir KR endorsed Jeremy Corbyn as leader ! ) cannot get to grips with the fact that large oilers will make bumper profits when oil price is high and not so good profits when oil price is low. We had a good opportunity to get fracking 15 years ago but had an energy minister who had trouble eating a bacon sandwich and we are now importing LNG from the USA who realised over a decade ago that fracking was good business sense. I think that the Durham Police have received some new evidence in the puce faced, holier than thou Starmer and foul mouthed Angela Rayner Beergate episode.
Make sure you note the share price trajectory on LTR from under 2c but more importantly the quality of management. I have known these guys for a very long time.
So you and Snowking have met him and discussed PREM face to face ? What has GR achieved in the past 7 years or so ? I will give you two examples of what has been achieved in that timeframe by two of my other investments in the resource sector so please feel free to look up Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR) in the lithium space and Tietto Minerals (ASX:TIE) in the gold space. You might learn something !
Have met him on more than one occasion , once in London and twice at the Mining Indaba in Cape town where we both at the same table for a Shore Capital dinner. He told me a couple of porkies then so not a great fan and he continues to live the high life at the expense of shareholders. Whispering titbits to the likes of Snowking is not a great way to communicate with your shareholders.
Snowking...you are being told a lot of rubbish . Listening to the fat clown is not a good way to understand what is required for the DFS let alone the pilot plant . The latter is only to prove to potential customers what the final spodumene concentrate might consist of including penalty elements. It is not "production" in its true sense of the word. Tibet is a lot closer to China than the bush in the middle of landlocked Zimbabwe and using the number that Zijn paid is totally irrelevant. I hope GR is having fun deciding which drill results to release and which ones to hide.
"None that we would not do" equals we will just invest less in these projects if there is a windfall tax. Puce faced, holier than thou Starmer is becoming as boring as that overfed buffoon from the Isle of Skye.
The Labour Party and Sir Keir (I only make honest mistakes !) Starmer are moving towards Marxist principles having heard him on the radio today. Watch out for punitive dividend taxes and property taxes if Labour get in at the next general election.
He will be very selective with the drill results but the market needs to know exact number of holes , depth of each hole, spacing of each hole and full assay result (including deleterious material) for each hole. Anything less is meaningless.
Probably the best move that NH ever made with that GR in charge !
ALL has been doing all the right things and I look forward to further developments in that Company with NH at the helm.. Meanwhile GR can continue to live the life at shareholders' expense.
And you seriously think that you will get a straight answer from GR. I imagine that he will pick out a couple of decent drillholes and conveniently ignore the rest. Enhance shareholder value ?...buy more fantastic assets. Improve communication ?..plenty of pictures of drillrigs not necessarily on PREM projects and pictures of having big Chinese meals with Chinese director.

Chinese will get this on the cheap is a no brainer and George must be very proud at the moment given the fact that the Chinese are assisting Russia and have not condemned the invasion of Ukraine. This story has further to unfold.
Macron is a pussy and Putin would have smirked at the thought that he would have brought about peace talks. It looks as if POG is a busted flush right now as I cannot see how they will deal with the large bond in November 2022.
