Elon, i'm with you here...still fully expect the SP to be a lot higher than it currently is, but this will be on the back of concrete numbers/revenues/GMs etc. All coming though i still believe...

Good luck to all the genuine LTH here, patience will reward I'm sure and don't be panicked into selling by the select few captain hindsights on here with nothing better to do.

Bit of a strange one today, SP can't decide where it's going....+ one minute - the next. I still think the next few weeks will yield very positive updates. We've seen how blase everyone is becoming now about the distancing....Bournemouth beaches, Anfield celebrations, Manchester raves, London protesting.......it is absolutely inevitable that a second wave is coming so for those that believe Coronavirus is old news and this share is burning out, you can think again.

Quite right Preefty....it's amazing how many folk on here purport to have had lucrative careers in banking/finance etc, but are seemingly unable to correlate the numbers in CK's business presentation the other day with a successful company ongoing...

Fantastic update from Colin there, just listened to it...COVID-19 projects aside, the core business revenue streams are looking very nice indeed and hugely profitable...the self-testing Food Intolerance market in China is particularly exciting, with the potential to reach 1,000,000 tests per annum @ circa $15 per test; with the best bit being at 70% margin...JUST the China market space for ONE revenue stream for ODX.

Whether you're already invested, thinking of investing or just on here repeatedly talking down the potential of ODX, i strongly urge you to listen to the update from start to finish, including Kieron Harbinson's update on the finance side. Growing business, right market sectors, great products AND cash generative....

Goodland, I believe HL will be writing to those eligible to take part in the open offer in the coming days...that's what it states on the ODX info page anyway. This is copied directly from the HL site -

'Omega Diagnostics Group plc has announced its intention to raise cash by way of an open offer.

The Open Offer will be available to all Shareholders as at close of business on 19 June 2020. If you hold Shares at this time you will be entitled to purchase 1 new Share for every 20 Shares held, at a price of 40p per Share. Excess applications will also be available.

Entitlements to participate will be issued from Tuesday 23 June. You need take no action at present. We will write to Qualifying Shareholders confirming full terms of the Open Offer shortly after 23 June 2020, at which point an online election facility will be enabled for qualifying shareholders to give an instruction. The ones that say......'I sold at 'x'' moments before an RNS like that placing one or the ones that claim to always have sold at the peaks and bought at the troughs.

Totally agree Trilla....there are several styles of poster that it pays to ignore -

1. The negative Nigel who holds no shares, but gets off on trying to make everyone else's investing life miserable
2. The 'I can see this hitting 'x' by noon today' lot
3. The lot that always think they know when the news is going to land, but are ALWAYS wrong
4. The folk that user hyperbole as standard speech/writing in caps/excessively punctuating etc etc...

I'm not for one moment saying anyone should listen to me, or Piper, or Elon, or Merchant et al.......but i think you'll find we've been more 'factual' in our posting habits.

Folk want to see it do well when it's down, but my god.....it can't possibly become TOO lofty and people can't be TOO successful off the back of it.

I don't think the agenda is against ODX, it's an agenda against success, wealth and prosperity.

Good stuff TB....it's quite clear who the aforementioned rampers and de-rampers are, funny really. They're unable to cite factual information and deal in nothing but hyperbole., amateurish.

I've filtered him along with about 20 others.....genuinely. My feed on here is mostly green filtered boxes now, pure bliss!

Hopefully we still have plenty of the genuine holders here from earlier this year. Good to see some positive progress this morning and i still believe that the parking of the allergen revenue stream to focus more on other opportunities will turn out to be a good one.

Hope everyone is doing ok.....i must say, it's lovely to be able to get out and about again on the golf courses! Economy needs a boost and ODX will deliver that on the antibody testing.

The beauty of that RNS is that it's open to INTERPRETATION....many here this morning interpreting it as a negative and that's fine, you're entitled to that. I truly believe that it's a good update and the shake today is nervousness around ODX's decision to park their allergen revenue stream for the foreseeable future. There is a reason for this and it has to be confidence in both their COVID plays, with Mologic and the RTC.

Now, either folk are incredibly naive here or they simply haven't read all of the RNS properly...or both! ODX are now working with Mologic on producing a LATERAL FLOW ANTIGEN product as well as the LATERAL FLOW ANTIBODY test they're working on with the RTC. Do folk not understand the potential there? If you don't, i suggest you read up on what lateral flow means and you'll quickly realise the scale of the opportunity/market that is presenting itself to ODX.

Lastly, it's easy to jump on the back of a wounded horse....so to all those feeling smug at their comments this morning at the drop in SP, he who laughs last and all that...
