Not good at all.....all day yesterday there was no live data either.

Sorry to sound like a broken record on this incompetent lot guys but, is anyone else struggling getting live pricing out of HL again today??

I disagree here iPhone.....waiting for either an investor presentation or RNS update could make investors both nervous or actually buoyant. We have an idea on what's going to be in the presentation, much the same as we have an idea on what's going to be in the next RNS. IMO, it's a more personal way of communicating with us and i like that.

Think about what you're saying here GP.........we all want the SP to climb, but saying the ODX SP will be worth 4-5 times more than the company that owns the IP is just ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the test and trace.....much like a lot of other government projects, has been given to government appointed engineers on the cheap that are simply not up to the job. It's really frustrating when you can clearly see existing companies with existing tech there that, for some reason, the government seem adverse to using. I'm actually amazed you can bid for government contracts on this sort of stuff.....If it were me in government, i'd be hand-selecting the best for the job....especially given the circumstances.

We should not be worried at all that only 8% have currently been confirmed as having antibodies.....it is equally as important to test and find out who doesn't have the antibodies, as well as who does....even after the vaccine. Some people, as i mentioned before, just aren't receptive to vaccinations and will never build antibodies. Just as important to test them to prove that though...

iPhone/MB....both great points - to add, the 8% are also as a result of very flaky testing AND on the back of the body's own created antibodies to COVID. That's the point of a vaccine, to enhance those antibodies and ongoing, the RTC antibody test will be there to test the mass population. There is also the point of some people not being receptive to vaccinations and their body being unable to produce antibodies full stop....equally as important to test as those with antibodies.

Totally agree MB....and today's performance isn't a reflection on ODX or their scope. The market is taking a battering, so on days like today, it's best just to weather it, look away and come back tomorrow...GLA

MIKODX.....thank you! Finally someone else that appears to understand the logistics behind this level of mass testing. Notwithstanding the CE marking, MHRA approval and any other approval....there is still the small matter of ensuring that the infrastructure behind mass testing is robust. As MIK quite rightly states, it isn't just as easy as manufacturing millions of lateral flow tests and distributing them without any foresight into how the data is gathered and processes.

It has to be a fool proof, watertight operation because as we've seen already, the general public can't be trusted to follow simple instructions when it comes to distancing, numbers in households, quarantining, face-coverings etc. I believe this is the last shot for the UK's testing program, so it has to be effective, manageable and secure...

It's comical really, some of the PR furore being created by various companies...

Just remember re the RTC and mologic/ODX test, there is all the infrastructure required to compliment lateral flow testing. There is no point just releasing millions of tests for people to do at home if there's no way of capturing the result data and using it effectively. PATIENCE

Tricky, it's like anything i guess....the finished article doesn't usually just appear; there are always a few iterations prior, until eventually.....nirvana! I would not underestimate how intricate and time consuming it is to get these lateral flow tests ready and to market either, despite how simple and straightforward they appear. Patience truly a virtue here...

I would not be perturbed by the new 90-minute test machines being ordered/released by the government....I work with one of the companies that make these and let me tell you, i had to wait an hour and a half in my car prior to entering their building for a meeting the other day.....i can't see many people wanting to do that at airports or prior to entering theatres or sports stadia. Let us remind everyone here, ODX are working on a LATERAL FLOW ANTIBODY test with the RTC and a LATERAL FLOW ANTIGEN test with Mologic. Both are true game changers, not having to wait an hour and a half for one...

Jim, important to remember that there are other testing companies in the UK that have excellent products ready to be rolled out and very significant orders from the government to run with....so you can't assume that this is all centered around the RTC, as much as i and everyone else here would want it to be. Our turn will come, but important we all manage expectations...

Pricing frozen again this morning.....they really are an absolute shower at the moment. GLA for today, hope the SP continues to climb steadily!

Very positive moves today and the bonus of no speeding ticket either....excellent news and bodes well for elevation to the next level.
