I did want to put forward to two things:

1. On YA being 'accommodated', I see it as 'mutual accommodation' - which I genuinely the case here - But with the moral victory with us, and with a technical victory potentially with us too, given that if a technical victory were not possible if it weren't further, we would not have been able to negotiate such reasonable terms

2. You say, "I fervently wish those who are attempting to undermine this company please stop and give them the chance to finish what has been started." The likes of those who are bashing the company and trying to short, they are a different breed to ordinary folk, lacking empathy of the sort you point to. If they disappear, it's not for doing the decent thing.

PREM's approach to Zim Government over RHA, especially looking at the most recent RNS, makes the key argument that as long as this issue of ownership is resolved, it is the ordinary Zimbabweans that suffer (lack of employment and income etc.). With the entire macro economic situation of Zimbabwe on dodgy ground, the authorities need to move to avoid mass unrest .Means approving these requests and processes (which they should've done ages ago, just government's chronic lack of capacity).

Looking forward to resolution, which is now finally not far off.

Very simply offtheball, the new terns are exceptionally easy on us. This enables us to get on with what we're doing without being shorted by YA, and with a payment plan that suits us. The fact that the outcome of the dispute favours us so heavily clearly demonstrates we won and were as a result prepared to withdraw the claim. We don't need to dig any further that

If YA had started naked shorting from the beginning, FRR were in their rights to stop payments at any point and press the case. This is what they did and have now been vindicated. Great result. New terms easy peazy!

Indeed, more likely that folks are trying to close on the remaining shorts. Hence why we've seen folks here deramping, trying to keep the up as low as possible to enable this.

Certainly, Outrider moving and the news around it has likely helped to put a momentary break on this.

For me, it all remains strong from here, from a FRR perspective.
