Another great post Madpunter. Agreed regarding FRR being sensible about finances. More particularly, in my view, the terms set out in the YA resolution clearly show that YA were not in the driving seat (but that sensibly FRR chose not to push further than it had).

We have it confirmed that FRR are talking to Super Majors. And the YA dispute has been resolved quite clearly in FRRs favour. Looking increasingly likely that a deal is about to go down here. Good luck all!

There are at times the odd post coming from that cabal that sounds relatively informed. They are in a position where the knwoledge they do have, coupled with insider-corruptedness, can make them seem credible (even though they have a history of poor judgement). But in the few couple of weeks, there arguments and protests have been equivalent to schoolyard level. It's laughably bad. They should be embarrassed.

Yesterday's RNS to me showed that FRR were in the right, without a shadow of a doubt, otherwise YA would not have agreed to the terms (which massively fabours FRR). Some ask, could we have gone further, gone for the jugular?! Not worth it. Got things to be getting on with. This is now cleared up, bringing a new level of confidence to proceedings

It's the most advanced of its type. So no competition, in truth. But even if it could be shown without a shadow of a doubt, still wise to say '...one of the most advanced.'

FRR succeeded in this dispute. There was no need to take it further. Instead, we've got better terms than anyone could normally get out of YA. To begin with, a very almost nominal monthly payback sum $64, 900, then an increased amount of $149,600 (all below what we were initially meant to paying back monthly). Before a final payment. This is an enormous help as Zaza has stated that our costs have increased as a result of this intensified activity, working with the Super Majors. You could also imagine that YA would ordinarily wince at such a proposal. But have agreed as there's nowhere for them to take it. They were caught. Protesting it further would've made it far note public, including an eventual court outcome of their impropriety.

This news also points the way to how Outrider is likely to go.

Further derisked today with more positivity to come. News on one of the deals is on the near horizon, you can sense it.

Working with Super Majors brings enormous stability. Having one signed up will see us to the FTSE. Having a second will be Super Major icing on an already excellent profiterole (and then watch the profit-roll)...

Today's news was immerse. Further material derisking. It signals how the Outrider dispute will go.

Load up, now is the time.

A dividend of 1p on a market cap of £500million, no chance. That'd be a dividend equivalent to one-third of the market cap. Just won't happen.

On the right news, the SP will ultimate find it's rightful place, with whatever selling included (and let's not forget, once news of the first is out of the way, we've the possibility of a second in quick succession). .
