I note, '...the process WILL be concluded before the end of this month.'

...'WILL' being definitive i.e. it WILL happen before the end of the month...

...I can only imagine that that WILL be the case, given it's been RNS'd in the definitive.

...that means assurances have been made, if not already agreed ad just a case of the paperwork. For it to be in the definitive, my guess is they've gotten political agreement/assurance and now is about the paperwork being processed...

...but as always, it's for folks to come to their own conclusions...

It's worth adding that the SEC (US's 'Securities and Exchange Commission') has been after YA for a while and are still smarting over a previous failed attempt to bring them to justice.

If FRR have the evidence, and clearly they do, that YA was naked short selling FRR stock (Malcy his self believes there is a very strong case in favour of FRR), then there is big trouble ahead for YA. So quite a bit of the work in the US is likely to include the 'key' authorities.

I have no worries regarding YA.

The evidence is there for all to see. YA forward sold shares they didn't have/that didn't exist in order to short the FRR stock.

That is plain illegal and can't be dressed up any other way.

...We know that FRR have moved to prevent any more shenanigans YA and Outrider (they will not be able to anything to prevent a deal or asset capture etc.)...

...therefore any attempt at shorting this from here would be arrogant bordering on Mogodon suicide.

...can conclude that shorters knocking this share to give them time to close out, including shaking shares free to help them do that. Otherwise, it's ' Finito Mussolini

...and that operating mine would bring in a JV that could - whether in a wider JV over both projects or through capital injection - move us forward significantly on Zulu.

...While it looks like just too much positivity - definitely for some dour PIs - it actually hinges on the just one thing, and that's RHA being resolved. And if that happens, we're off to the races.

As inconceivable as it may seem, we are looking like we're poised to move forward on one of the much awaited issues/deals. There are only two that we now would deliver near term momentum/ re-rate: 1) RHA Ownership, and 2) ZULU JV.

Even Cicrum IPO, while great, would've still required some time to process through.

RHA Ownership perhaps even matters more than Zulu, if the numbers bear out in the end, as we're talking an operating mine producing revenue and profit.

Was really encouraged by today's RNS.

Things are about finally move, RHA ownership will be the catalyst.

Agreed strongman, a more complete report will show that RHA will be significantly profitable.

If shorters are still having a crack at shorting this, got to be effing suicidal. Can only think they're trying to suppress the SP to help then close out.

Guzzler, hardly anyone in Zimbabwe is getting paid, by the looks of the dire situation over there (massive unemployment). Mining and natural mineral resources is one of their biggest industries. If the new Zimbabwean government wants to look like it's making a difference, there needs to be material improvement in folks prospects. Shut mines don't help them as much as it's not working for us. Anyway, good luck all!

Two weeks is nothing and will pass quick enough. Always knew this couldn't be sorted by the end of this week. If the government have indicated, after all this pressure, that the process should conclude by the end of the month, then I'm inclined to have reasonable confidence from here. We still need it cast in stone, but am feeling much better about PREM today than yesterday. Good luck all!

DOIRE, this RNS to me represents a realistic time line. If you're invested, I'd get behind them. For me, that was the best RNS probably in years. One that shows progress gas been made and that there's not much more to do. It also explains clearly the company position on RHA, one that I agree with. Really don't think we are now that far off.
