Very useful comments by Malcy.

I take it as extremely positive again. His mention of the 'bears' having it at the moment -- after all, we are delisted and that by any 'usual' measure we cannot count that as a good thing (using the term '...usual measure'). But clearly he has a direct line to FRR and is only relaying what he is being told. Shareholder meetings will continue and that the company intends to relist, with reiteration of intent to consolidate those shares. Remains completely positive to me.

AIM generally is a gamble. Our research mitigates risk. But not possible to eliminate risk without inside knowledge.

There is a great deal of intent and focus across authorities and parties to make this happen. As the process has progressed, a lot of new questions and issues have arisen. This is not about it being Africa. Could've been Asia. Could've been South America. It's an issue of developed world docking with the developing world. The timetable is an example. We were in a position to arrive at first power a year earlier than Mozambique had expected. The authorities wouldn't have been ready. This timetable thing is a biggie. Is about a material alignment, one that includes - remembering back - discussions around the allocation of resources to make sure Mozambique and NCCL/GE/CMEC are able to work to shared plan for the project to be implemented

If this current lot can't make it happen, no one can. Am confident timetable will be approved and should be hearing very soon.

I wonder if the outcome, in broad terms, is already known by the evidence presented hence why the company has appeared potentially upbeat from those recent proxy comms (Malcy and YJ)??

Think there are several angles from which the fiduciary duties element come in, which makes it much easier for us, from blocking loans to, more damagingly for Hope, the issue of unlawlful interference.

Increasingly reassured here.

Basically, with the Malcy interview, Doc tried his hardest to skip past FRR discussion. Was so obvious he didn't want to. Doc has historically been anti FRR. I also sense others had got to him, pressuring him to try to prevent Malcy from getting that respective commentary in. Malcy on the other hand had his game plan. We can only guess that he'd been 'instructed' to get the message out. And he made sure he did. With the company no longer trading, it was really interesting to see what could be relayed.

My interpretation of where we are now is that FRR are good position and that this delisting has given them the space to breathe and that they will be relisting from a position of strength. This could be one rather unique moments in the life of the ordinary PI.

...is clearly now giving FRR the room they need to get on with the key tasks at hand...

...and seems like they intend ensure good comms throughout. Added to that, given we cannot trade these shares, it is possible they can be a bit more open at times. This demonstrated by Malcy's comments. Not sure if that level of candidness would've been allowed while trading (almost giving away that he knows more than the market)...

...am pleased that FRR are not now weakened by the issue of time (i.e. court case). Time was a big problem. Now sorted. We can let the team turn the vice on Hope's nuts and his shorting scrotii crew...

Great interview with Malcy. He clearly knows a bit more than we do and wasn't shy about making it clear that there's sognficant upside to come. Given his reputation in terms sector analysis and commentary, a very brave thing to be doing, talking up FRR right after the delist...
