I'd made several attempts to speak to the company over the last few weeks. No response, deadly silence. Guess we can see now they were working hard on things. Once most of it was in place, they were prepared to pick up the phone. While all looking considerably more positive, had said again that we need a piece of news that moves on, like funding for RHA if not something else. They completely get that and aren't expecting us to be wowed by anything other genuine material progress somewhere.

Meeting with Zimbabwean authorities this week. Looks to be happening finally - come on PREM, bring it in!!!

Still here badeli. Had chosen to post a lot less as was confident but was in danger of continually repeating myself LOL

This remains my biggest holding - by far - and am looking forward to the coming week.

Is very likely that we've had to stack up the local, regional and national benefit aspect of things to get movement from the authorities - thinking about the upwards of $6 million that was mentioned as an example, thinking about RHA and also Zulu and even the gold mine.

Just got off phone with the company.

I would say that from these levels there is a very strong argument for building a holding for the medium to long term, if you believe. I did say to them that folks will be looking to see the first piece of critical good news land.

They've been working hard, whatever some folks want to believe.

RHA is a genuine prospect. Government funding would unlock potential and leave PREM able to focus on Zulu and other projects.

Circum is progressing. $750million debt seems to be sorted. The remainder to be arranged via a signficant Strategic Investor and IPO.

Zulu is a monster. EPO news due. Just wait and see.

Getting 50% of KME is a no-brainer and a much better deal than NewCo. Will make a big contribution to progressing our portfolio.

Moljen, buying in to KME assets brings us the use of those assets at reduced cost and also helps to prioritise them for our use. Also, 50% revenue/profits earned by KME (in the event we own 50%) will be ours.

Over the medium to long term, the reduced operating/hire costs of that equipment and then revenue generated would serve to cancel out the initial capital input to buy in 50%.

It makes perfect sense.

Discussions around RHA are progressing. However, working to develop other viable programmes and incomes streams is necessary. The original NewCo plan I felt was a genuine opportunity to move things on. But the new proposed deal over KME assets is way better, helping us to retain 100% of Zulu whileallowing us to take some degree of control over the means to prgress the drilling to DFS there.

Clearly Circum IPO now is on the horizon. GR and wider market believing this is on. Will free up significant capital when it does. This means we can progress Zulu and other projects. In the meantime, we will see RHA discussions progress. Upcoming meeting is an important step.

The KME as it is now still helps with moving everything else on, so ZULU, RHA, KATETE etc. are all on.

RHA progressing and the deal on KME better than before, with us now retaining all of Zulu etc and then CIRCUM IPO not far off.

The two RNSs signal signficiant progress with very key, defining news on the horizon. I wil, as you did, reiterate the following from the RNS:

RHA Update was excellent, pointing to both a cash injection and a restructuring of ownership!

Looks like a load of people sold over the last couple of days , waiting to get back in at 0.9p or less etc. In fact, some had owned up to it.
