Do believe there will be a re-rate on Timetable news. The feeling amongst most is that there's nothing much between Timetable and JDA. Previous RNSs say that once timetable is agreed, they can go straight on to the JDA, inclusive of whatever work that remains.

No one knows how much work is left for the JDA, other than the parties themselves. But they've had a long time to fine tune this, including the additional time as a result of 'delays'.

I can understand the significance of timetable alignment. They've had ample time on that too. So long in fact that it's bringing us close to Q1 timeline for binding JDA.

In my mind, given that timetable is the last piece ahead of JDA, I'd use the time (including stretching it) to cover whatever bases are needed before JDA.

Got to remember, JDA bit now about it being 'binding' - including numbers, percentages etc. DNA for the entire project partnership should be set here.

So, yes, expecting a re-rate on timetable. How much of a re-rate is a different matter.

I look at it as being one two situations

1. Still waiting for confirmation/ sign off on timetable from Mozambique authorities

Or

2. That sign off could've happened but since it leaves the door open for JDA, with there being little work left work for JDA drafting, including all the terms, conditions and numbers (at least would've thought), then delay being to buy time to prepare all partners for eventual JDA release (which would include ultra sensitive area of final percentages) - release which could theoretically happen at any time after the timetable is signed off

That's annual revenue of between $250million and $300million and upwards of $1.4billion in taxes and royalties over 25 years.

Gives an idea of the scale of the project.

Missed out that those figures were for taxes and royalties (i.e. $1billion and $1.4billion)

If we give up further percentages, it'll be money that needs to be put to good use - for example, towards capital costs. But this will add value to our market cap as this is part of the realisation of a project that is to generate between $1billion and $1.4billion over 25 years, with an annual revenue of between $250million to $300million. The numbers are eyewatering. And we're likely to retain upwards of 40% (unless we give up percentages for whatever additional amounts - keep an eye this as if we given up a further 10%, what they pay for it effectively sets a present/ current value on the project, making it possible to value our stake and to put realistic value in NCCL too).

Not forgetting that we should be able to raise our portion of the debt fairly easily through our network, including AFC (Africa Finance Corporation).

Our current share of the project, if the JDA goes through as planned and as publicly stated so far, is 40% - leaving GE and CMEC with 30% of the project. Do not recall anywhere Hanno saying that there was any intention of us increasing our share. That's crazy talk. It's far more likely that give up further percentages to GE and CMEC than we take back.

Whether or not we have to put that $60million back in, it regardless places a value on the project -- value at present that's not figured in the SP/ Market Cap.

That amount alone would see at 25p + (a 20p SP equating to a market cap of £58million). This is on the basis that we keep 40%. If we give any further proportion up, then that's extra money. We'll also be raising debt. Talk gas been the this will include Africa Finance Corp, who happen to also be our largest shareholder, near 20% at one time (probably around 18 or 19% now).

Nothing has changed from yesterday or the day before or the day before that. Without knowing for sure, it could be like this for a few weeks or even months. The confidence folks had a few weeks back should not have left folks in the time since as there has been no nothing knew to tell us otherwise (accepting the most recent court papers, which were useful of info and point of discussion but inconclusive from where wer are). Back then we knew it could take a while. And so it's taking a while.

I've preferred to post a lot less because usually I have nothing to offer but appreciate there are folks keeping things going here. Keeping this BB going is important for lots of reasons. It needs to be an active BB if we are to keep it while FRR remain delisted.

Nothing else to do but keep the faith and keep things going here without necessarily expecting too much by way of news as that'll come when it does.

If meeting was yesterday, then will take a day to write RNS and check with NOMAD and the Zimbabwe authorities, before release, perhaps longer still if there's disagreement about wording etc. This standard, especially when thereare partners, such as Zimbabwe authorities are here

As much as it pain some to hear it, PREM will have done their DD ahead of the deal (hopefully learning too from previous fiascos)

We're on the cusp if hearing about RHA. Expecting some significant progress there and then CIRCUM in due course to top it off.
