In agreement with Mole.

Looking at YJ's continued comms and Malcy's Comments (which YJ themselves refer to), it is clear that there is a plan and it does including relisting at some point. Mention of consolidation not only reinforces this but points to the possibility that we will relist in a very strong position (with solid news behind us),

I can understand the strong feelings some have but folks need to pause for a minute or three days and let it sink in. Some folk have been letting fly and it isn't helping them or our collective cause.

Now having delisted, they will be able to relist at a time that makes sense for the company and its shareholders.

At this point I'm feeling extremely encouraged -- extremely...

...think there is a very possibility they will relict after court case. The current course of action was necessary if they were going to be given every chance of coming out of legal proceedings with a positive outcome.

With court case cleared and positive, they'd be well positioned to release a raft of news.

We knew the delist was coming.

- Getting a NOMAD sorted while in this mess was going to be difficult
- The Court Case likely meant that the prospective NOMADs couldn't complete DD properly
- or that they had informed FRR that it was best to approach them again after court case was resolved
- In the meantime, it would've been difficult to say to the market why they couldn't get a NOMAD, and instead, with access to funds, as mooted, they have decided to take the current route -- which is to say they are going priviate.

Once the court case is concluded, and if it is positive, it is possible that they return to trading. No reason at all why not. But this time available to set everything up, the Loan, BH, even BP, and resume trading with a flourish.

There should be no attempt to draw upon the company's time unnecessarily until after the next court case/ hearing (--which I believe is February?)

Agreed Zen, time was always an issue for us, less so for Hope. Now time has been removed from the equation and we aren't hamstrung by it

The case is important. Those who oppose FRR - Hope/ OMF, TW and he Shorters - will do whatever they can to make the case problematic for FRR/ us. Trading again would not have helped. Funding a NOMAD would've been made difficult as the case would've made it difficult to either a) divulge information, and/or b) to instil confidence in the NOMAD.

Right now its about the court case and doing what is required. I would add that if they are confident of the outcome, then they can get on with it knowing they can emerge later, able to relist, including winning the confidence of a NOMAD.

I don't there's a huge amount FRR could say. Though more updates are likely coming. Delisting was the most sensible thing in the circumstances -- and many have us had already accepted this a very real possibility.

I would agree/ add that this delisting was coming. If we could've found a NOMAD, trading again would've caused headachesfor the company while ot sought to bring the case to a close. If it couldn't find a NOMAD, then it may as well stopped trying and not pretend to. FRR need the space and time to be able to fight the case, given the significance of it to the company.

The clarity and transparency we are wanting would perhaps make the battling in the current situatuon more difficult for FRR.

I always thought that the one thing that OMF/ Hope had in their favour was time. That they could drag it out. That if FFR were pressured for time, then their hand would be wekaened for it. By stating they have intentions to go as a private compamy, they have made it possible to see this case through

This all said, it would be good hear something that would help us feel a little more assured.

...so that puts to bed for me the idea that ZM/ SN are in cahoots with Hope/ OMF...

...thinking about it again, I can see how the court case would have made getting a NOMAD - thinking about the necessary DD - very difficult. If they couldn't immediately secure one and it was becoming evident through those discussions that it would be given the situation, then would have had no choice but to possibly take this course of action. The problem then would have been of how to explain to shareholders?!

Saying they couldn't find a NOMAD owing to challenges in DD as a result of the ongoing court case would have been difficult. It would have led to a lot of holders being doubly worried - on top of the worry out there already.

And if they could've got a NOMAD, if they started trading again, you could imagine...

It remains to be seen what will happen next. But I do believe that the court case against OMF is genuine and that ZM and SN are genuine folks.
