Morning all ...As far as half yearly updates go that’s got to be one of the best I’ve read in many a year and furthermore for any remaining doubters it’s now there in black and white that the blautix results will be here in a matter of days so brilliant news all round
To think this potential unicorn Company has only 131 million shares issued and a mkt cap of just £200 million is an unbelievable opportunity given what’s in store and on the cusp of delivering news that could completely transform the landscape here and catapult the share price to a much more realistic valuation than what we are seeing at the minute
In fact where we are right now reminds me of a famous Warren Buffett quote and that is “when it’s raining gold it’s time to get Ur bucket out and not ur thimble ..

Evening all not sure if this has been raised b4 but the interesting bit of the last Rns apart from the incredible cv of Katrin Rupalla was the opening introduction as to why this was happening and this is what it said

“4D pharma makes strategic appointment of independent Non-Executive Director in response to “new clinical success“ and next stages of global development“
Now I fully appreciate the news contained in the Rns of the 26/8 was truly awesome and “the new clinical success “could quite rightly relate to that.... but for me I think it’s more likely a pointer to the news due anytime soon and as such more of the same
It may be entirely wishful thinking on my part though accept that but I’m also pretty certain that DP and the board have known for a fair while now what’s coming with The Blautix Results for absolute sure so it’s quite simple really ... just strap urself in fellas and enjoy the ride GLA

Morning all , just a couple of things to add to some top posts firstly the Foralumab trial in Brazil linked with the Sa Paulo hospital where there will be no shortage of patients but if the results from that prove to be any where near as expected then that suddenly becomes huge news as approval will be accelerated quickly given the grave state of play there at the present time
The other unknown big factor here though is the M & A possibilities just forward the proactive video to 8 mins 30 and watch GC s face when Andrew Scott asks him about interested parties ... not sure he would make a great poker player tbh but his expression said more than any words could ever do
Having been in this game for many years now I totally get the market reaction here as there may be some timescale available to try ur luck elsewhere b4 the re rate starts to build here as it surely will ...but playing a game of chicken with the share price Atm is a brave move imho ,as anything could drop at any time with these boys .. exciting times nonetheless and GL to all invested here

Could be very interesting here hopefully... as having followed the pricing all day I’d say that both of those late reported trades were almost certainly buys ... so somebody has clearly been loading up here big time

More excellent news ... the facts are , that there have been 4.4 million covid cases in Brazil with second highest numbers of deaths at 134000 so this today comes at the right time and right place for maximum impact as there’s clearly an urgent need for help so a very smart move all round imho
U catch covid and ur conditions rapidly deteriorate and make no mistake U need something like this .. it’s literally a life changer and gets straight to the crux of the problem
It’s yet another reason why the price targets for Tils are set at the level they are for year end ...brilliant company and so much scope here for sure but that’s just take on it .. GLA

Thanks fella , but what u have said there is absolutely spot on ... as the trick here is to understand what the combined value of both these entities will be at the time of the de merger and also taking into account what news could also come out in between ...and that could be plenty ... pushing the overall value up even more
Personally, I can’t see how one of the big players will not ultimately take out StemPrintER once it’s all sorted and that should extract even more value
Final point being ,the last time the hype happened regarding this scenario was the end of July ...and the shareprice nearly run to £3 ....so if u thought it would get even remotely close to that this time as it well might ... then why would u be selling at 147 ?
I just don’t get that bit for the sake of holding on to ur shares for even another 1-2months and cashing in ur chips then if u so wish , on what should be a steady rise upwards from here
To think u will own shares in both Tils and Stem with all they offer is pretty amazing as don’t forget we have 5 NDA’s with other huge pharma companies in our back pocket ,256 patents and heading for the main market ... unbelievable Jeff

The one massive plus today is that this Rns puts to bed the uncertainty that has been here for some time ...and that’s clear clarification that Stem will now be demerged ...and all the dates and road map outlined exactly as it will be
I was invested here for the therapeutics side originally as I think they’re superb in their own right but the added bonus of getting a 1-1 share in StemPrintER was not something I was expecting when it was first announced a few months back especially given its potential value after the Asco event and how fantastic it was compared to the world leading brand that had been swallowed up last year by Exact sciences for 2.8 billion
The reality is right now Tils at 138 p is valued at circa 260 million and as JH says the IPO ultimately will value StemPrintER when that actually happens so trying to do that is pure guesswork
I’ve no idea how much that will be tbh but if Stem is considered 40% more effective than the best on offer right now it’s going to be a fair figure that I do know
In some ways it’s simply a no brainer here as the combined value of the 2 companies should be a lot more than 260 million that it is today and that really is the reason why I’m not only only holding on but adding more in the interim as it has a long way to run b4 the real action starts imho ... Happy days !!

Morning all , the key here right now is trust your research ... that said i fully appreciate all those buying in at a much higher price and seeing the sp at these levels is disappointing to say the least and I get that Big time ...but the reality is nothing has changed fundamentally .. we all know that track record and skin in the game by the key players is a huge factor in the way those people think and bottom line is that they are no mugs when it comes to striking deals and extracting value ...it’s all there to see ...the fact the share was 40% below the last placing price tells me it’s in oversold territory For sure and Imo poised for a re rate anytime soon .
Anyone invested here knows full well that the therapeutic stable of drugs is as good as u will find anywhere and on top of that it’s now a given that Stem will be either sold or demerged at some point but either way it’s a win win for all invested here as it’s value is clearly not in the current price at these levels ...
I also agree with Y Alam that the Bod did not cover themselves in glory at the last fundraise altho the big plus is that we are now pretty well cashed up and removes that immediate uncertainty and as such whichever way we look at it it puts us in an even better position financially than we were ,the last time the price was at 125-130
Look I can only speak for myself but I’m pretty sure that much is happening behind the scenes and undoubtedly these things take time to materialise they just don’t happen overnight so once the big news lands as I’m sure it will it should reflect in a far higher mkt cap than this ... Morning all , been a frustrating time for some and no doubt a few may well have jumped ship but is that as a result of Avct not delivering ? or more likely the simple fact that the longer this global pandemic continues, the more we learn and the more the circumstances and goalposts have to change & adapt in order to combat and ultimately find the right solutions to get us all back to normal ffs
If u look at the Rns yesterday and in recent times the wording has changed significantly indicating that tweaks and modifications to the LFT are happening all the time , in order to meet the changing needs, principally for the Govt, as they simply cannot afford anything other than gold standard products from this point on and rightly so imo
As such it makes Avct imho an even bigger draw as the timeline is down to (Single figure)minutes and clearly finding the most infectious carriers is now becoming a must have option and this test will now do just that ..for goodness sake
Oddly enough at this price, it’s a buy and hold all day for me and anyone selling is like Charlie letting go of his golden tickets for jack -hit but that’s just my take on it for what its worth

Morning all, Well what another incredible Rns and as I said yesterday maybe I have got -hit in my eyes re Avacta but here’s yet another massive clue that this company has unearthed a potentially game changing , life changing technology that these big companies have suddenly all decided to accelerate their own collaborations for one good reason ...and that’s because it works that’s why !!!
Why on earth anyone would be letting go their golden tickets here is really unbelievable as if u really understand the process involved with getting this LFT processed u would surely realise that this company is on the cusp of something pretty big and better still , with so much more in the background to follow ... awesome stuff !! but AIMHO as always .stay safe keep well everybody and GLA

Honest to god that/this drop this morning is totally unbelievable and just shows the insanity of some people’s thinking ... look I probably do have -hit in my eyes with Avct but the message coming out there was pretty loud and clear to me and that was, don’t think for a minute that those numbers relate to us cos ours will be much better than that .. Not only that, it’s not even an Antigen test ffs so don’t get fretting as all will be revealed in good time u impatient lot .That’s my take on it fwiw. GLA

Morning all , not posted for a while but for any newbies ,been here since the 1p days , got a big stake in Acp I rate the current board ,I love the project , I believe in graphite and as anyone invested here will surely know the economics are outstanding right across the board .
I also totally agree that anyone following Myles will know his track record is pretty bloody awesome and if he’s heavily invested here that says much about its future value and potential as he very seldom gets it wrong .
So onto my thoughts Atm ... firstly I’m so glad the mining license was applied for last month , as that to me is an important step as that all needs to be done and dusted before the Oct elections imho as experience has taught me that u can never be entirely sure until these things are in the bag so hopefully the approval will follow shortly .
The second thing which i can’t get my head round though is the time being taken to sort out the financing .... if we look back to the Rns in sept 19 the company made it openly known that they were in discussions with 3rd parties re financing the next phase and at that time we only had the scoping study to go on , so altho the numbers were superb it needed to be ratified by the DFS and understandably so .
Since then after some delays and fine tuning the DFS has virtually validated those numbers and whilst there are some slight differences in composition ... they still probably are the best I’ve seen from an any aim mining company in years .
Look We all recognise the implications of covid its had a major impact on many things but that said on those numbers I’m starting to find it somewhat frustrating that 10 months on ...we are still in ongoing talks to finalise a financing package of just 40 million dollars , despite having an IRR of 91% an NPV 10 times the amount required and a high grade high quality product heading right for the sweet spot I just don’t get what’s taking the time tbh as surely it’s a no brainer with those numbers ... it’s not like Hzm trying to raise 450 million despite that too being a truly superb prospect imho
I know I know patience is the word ..and that’s aim for u and mining companies generally ,nothing ever goes exactly to plan ... the Rns will probably land this week now I’ve said all that .. Let’s hope so ...fingers crossed stay well and stay safe GLA

Morning all ,well what a crazy couple of days but if ur in this as an investor then the lat 2 pieces of news in particular are what this fantastic company are really all about ... As Manabouttown has rightly pointed out this is without doubt a buy and hold stock all day long for me ...having shares in Tils is like holding Golden tickets for Charlie’s chocolate factory
The exceptional top people we have running the show here are not just experts in their field but proper entrepreneurs who know how to extricate maximum value out of what they do , they all have massive skin in the game with their share holdings so will always have us shareholders in their thoughts and that’s not the case with ur average Aim company
Better still, not even including StemPrintER ffs the therapeutic drug suite we have on offer is simply mind blowing on its own and here again today is yet another classic example of that yet again today and totally unique and game changing potential in the middle of a worldwide cytokine storm caused by a global pandemic
Irrespective of anything else going on right now and speculating as to whether the sp will do this, that or the other just sit back and actually consider the wider thinking behind last nights news ..bearing in mind these guys are probably the most forward thinking people I’ve ever encountered in an aim company after investing for nearly 30 years
My point being they already probably know what’s coming as far as future deals and probabilities are concerned and that’s why they’re moving on from the casino of aim and moving into the big league ...where investment opportunities will be far greater far wider scope of investor and far more reflective for a company of this ambition and product offering and which also has a Nasdaq listing
It is a total no brainer investment for me and the potential here is absolutely huge , sure u will make money trading this stock , but if u also just sit and hold as suggested then there’s more than a pretty decent chance that in a few months time u will become helluva lot richer imho

Morning all , I’ve just had another look at the Iv GC did with Andrew Scott from proactive on the 22/5 where he talks about the reasons why they are de merging StemPrintER ...
Bottom line is that in addition to Stem ...is that we have a truly awesome pipeline of therapeutic drugs or “4 shots on goal “as he puts it after explaining what they are
1)Tz501 anti covid 19 drug ,Fighting specifically against the biggest cause of respiratory problems with covid ... interleukin6
2)the liver cancer drug milciclib which is ready to go into phase 2 B
3/4) 2 x Phase 2 efficacy trials for “Foralumab “ the company’s “crown jewel“ the first orally administered for Crohn’s disease and the second is nasal administration for multiple sclerosis and both of which are due to start this qtr .
Then consider what kulwar said about the billions of dollars Tils will be worth if they do turn out as expected
My point is regarding the payments to Red Chip for4 months it’s a total of 60k (10 +15+15+20) but given what’s in store and what news is likely including both StemPrintER and those 4 therapeutic shots on goal I’d say it was definitely a good cost as opposed to a bad cost for absolute sure and in any business that is the ultimate bottom line when considering the underlying benefit of monetary spend.
The other big factor for me is that these guys clearly know what’s coming , they also know how to engineer and extrapolate maximum value for shareholders as their track record will tell u
As such I have to say I think the timing of this tie up with RedChip can only help in spreading the word about this excellent and forward thinking company ... but that’s just my take on it ...exciting times all the same GLA

Evening all , yes brilliant news about the Bloomberg coverage , I’ve just had a look and set the timer as it’s on at 6pm Sunday night U.K. time ... get in there !! Lol
I know the chat has mainly been about Stem and with good reason but we must be due news any time soon about Foralumab and its progress on the MS trials and only today I see Gilead’s share price rose on news of its covid treatment Remdesivir using an inhaled solution so I can only assume , if that is the case then our own Tsl-501 will be right up there to match anything else on offer when our time arrives as it surely will at some point soon .
The bottom line for me is that if u hold Tils stock right now and more so up to the cut off date whenever that may be , u will benefit from the StemPrintER deal whatever happens ... so surely it’s a total no brainer to buy and hold especially with all the other news on the therapeutic side which could be game changing in itself .
But look I readily concede we all have our opinions and rightly so ...but why anyone would selling their golden tickets I do not know .. anyway to all invested here have a great weekend, stay safe and stay well .GLA

Morning all , what a fantastic end to the week that was yesterday , the shareprice movement here is hard to understand as discussed many times but for me ,if u have truly done ur research on this share , then the short term pricing is pretty irrelevant as the suite of offerings this company has, will deliver on their potential at some point very soon imho
The market is totally irrational we all know that but value in any share will always out itself in my experience so if u have a golden ticket which I think is akin to being a holder in Tils ,then it would seem at this juncture total madness to let it go for any thing less than fair value ,which is a lot lot higher than where we are now 4 absolute sure.
Patience is an easy word to say as opposed to doing I realise that only too well ,but that really is the key discipline here as when this does move it will do so very quickly .
Reading thru the entire Rns yesterday and for me at least it sums up precisely the huge potential on offer here, in fact all the recent announcements indicate that so much is happening behind the scenes and it’s moving fast so news could land at anytime
Im invested here for many reasons the product offerings for sure are a no brainer but added to that is the track record of the BOD , who not only have skin in the game , but are super qualified, highly successful , and have a can do approach as good as any I’ve witnessed in my 30 years investing and as long as that continues they will continue to earn my trust
I also like to think the companies I invest in can make a real difference to the world just like that story by busy mum of 3 , so if it can make a difference to people like that ,(and sincerely hope it does Bmof 3 ) then I’m not sure it gets any better than that , anyway enough from me .
