I agree Jsd my point being those figures relating to the ramp up were clearly what they had been waiting for and had they not set the deadline at the end of March I would suspect they felt they had to release it without them .. but had they been included I’m convinced the numbers in the DFS would almost definitely had been more in line with what had been implied by the Ceo in his statements prior to the lead up to the DFS being released when it was .
But these things happen altho I’m pretty sure next time the figures are updated they will be more akin to those originally projected ,making this project even more appealing .
Like u rightly point out with possible finance news , offtake agreements or even a whiff of a stake build or II buy in ,which is a real possibility at this crazy market cap level , it could see a decent upturn very quickly so Early birds suggestion is equally spot on imho ..GLA
Afternoon all ,well the DFS has arrived on time and maybe in any other set of circumstances the response may well have been markedly different with the actual numbers it’s produced as it’s pretty stunning as both the calculations of Jsd VV and others have alluded to and rightly so . I truly can’t explain the markets response except maybe the indications from the CEO was that the SS numbers would be enhanced A lot more but tbh I can’t recall what precise wording he used but I do admit that on first read ,my initial impression was that I thought it would be even better than it turned to be ..as excellent as it still is . The fact the Capex is so close to the SS figure despite allowing a 15% add on for the ramp up is quite amazing imho 2 years on and being in Hzm theit IRR at Araguaia came out at 26% was deemed pretty good so 91% is bloody awesome ,whichever u view u take .
I’ve just seen this graphite chart and the price it was back in 2018 and where it is currently so imagine those figures at anywhere near those numbers ... it is what is ,as always ,but with what’s to follow here and the future potential on offer , it still seems a great place to be ,despite the crazy share pricealbeit just my opinion GLA onwards and upwards

Yes 2.75/6 to sell now after some decent buying last hour or so and anything but small buys at the moment going NT and the rest at 2.88 and 2.9 so with a bit of a buying push from here will see 3p back in sight very soon , one would hope GLA
Life is all about them but safetrader is right when he says the mms are pulling ur pants down big time selling at these prices altho each to his own as always ...but anyone going to do that right now gets 2.52 which is a joke price but 2.62 is also a joke in truth but the bottom line is what u can do with ur money and whether by putting it elsewhere will represent a better choice than this I suppose ?
The reality is that stocks like NCYT SNG n4p have seen tenfold rises these past couple of weeks so maybe Im the mug in this instance ,altho anytime now ,the door here’s hopefully will be finally unlocked to much greater riches for all of us ,so rightly or wrongly I’m staying put along with ST as at some point soon the buy back price will much higher than at 2.78 but aimho as always GLA & come on Acp
Don’t be ... lots of people here have trading pots alongside their core holding and others will have just bought sub 2 p and with today’s rise they’ve made their quick buck and off they go to something else that’s how it is fella ... good luck to them too a profit is a profit so fair enough I guess ..that said ,if things do transpire as to how they have been muted in the official Rns transcripts ,the DFS should substantially improve the SS economics which are already mint so that in turn will at some point re rate this share considerably ..and once it does , then anybody selling decent volumes at these levels may rue their logic big time, but each to his own . This has to be one of the most undervalued but highest potential shares on aim right now but that’s just in my humble opinion . GLA
Good shout son haha
Well not long to go b4 the DFS lands hopefully but I just wonder whether they may Rns the 2nd metallurgical test results first and then follow it with the DFS b4 month end ... if it did and they are as we expect I’m pretty sure it will give us a bit more traction ,not that we should need it ,as and when the DFS does finally arrive ...I might add ..exciting times ahead for sure GLA
I know we are in testing times but bloody hell if anyone had said to me we would be at 2.53 post news I would never have believed it ...in 10 blue moons ..so much so it’s even dumbfounded the Twitterati and almost restrained them to muted disbelief ...me too fellas !! Lol unbelievable Jeff GLA
Amtech , people make their own decisions on when they buy and sell shares and rightly so ...I’m not dangling any carrot as I’ve no idea as to when it will be issued, I only wish I did , but it’s also reasonable to assume it may come sooner than month end for the reasons I stated in my other post, just as it is to assume it’s going to be be delayed yet again
I’m not arsed either way tbh as I’m confident that when it does come it will be well worth the wait but that’s only my opinion ... I’m more bemused as to why anybody would be selling after that today as I simply cannot believe that any CEO would utter those statements at such a critical stage in the process and then it not turn out as stated ...but hey I may be totally deluded ... hope not though .. Have a good weekend fella
As most of us know the potential here is huge so whilst the DFS has not met the original timescales in fairness to them the company have updated the market and explained with good reason as to why it has been delayed . Maybe the Ceo has now realised it’s more prudent to under promise on the timescale and then over deliver on the end result ...who knows for sure when the DFS may come out... it could be much earlier than he’s intimated for all we know ... A week on Monday is the 3rd of March so good luck to anyone selling in the interim then ..
For anyone buying in now at or around 3p absolute bargain imho . A great weekend to all invested here
Look I’m as frustrated as anyone here this hasn’t been all done and dusted by now but just think back to Big Bites post of a couple of weeks back as he was absolutely bang on .. as getting the DFS spot on is far more important than actually the day it arrives but I do accept the company had said all thru 2019 it would be here by Qtr4 let alone end of qtr1 2020 ... the big win for all of us though will be in its final format it should be a stonker and if it is ,it sets this all up perfectly for a proper re rate as the economics will be simply awesome ...that will hopefully enable Acp to strike the best deals on the best terms , it will be worth the wait if it does turn out as expected Aimho
Good update as it was needed u can’t beat good communication , and that explains comprehensively why it’s taking so long and seems justifiable to me I like the bit which states the SS currently highlights a throughout of 400ktpa of Ore which generates 49k Tpa of high quality graphite and yet within 4 years the DFS will build in a ramp up to 1000000 tons per annum throughput of ore so do the maths with an increasing graphite price ... say no more !!
Yes it will be interesting to see what happens as and when the DFS arrives as realistically if u have been following this for some time then u will know the word on the street is that the already superb economics of the SS could be even bettered by the DFS and if they do then boom !!!
Point being it’s no secret from the twitter feed that people have bought in here recently, simply for a trade , so it’s a fair bet any rise will no doubt be sold into at some point. but the smart money will surely sit tight as the DFS (if it’s does deliver ) is just the start , it’s only just beginning
Imho with just 35million needed to start the car here with what we have in the ground this is the sweet spot of all sweet spots with what’s coming in the future for high quality graphite flake it’s a total no brainer GLA
“I’d just love it “if he’s half as good as Kevin was at football .. looks like he is from his CV ..very impressive appointment and with good incentives included with those options too ..says much about where they think they could be over the agreed timescales .lets hope so
Spot on ..a similar situation happened with Hzm Back in Oct 18 as the DFS was running overdue and they ended up publishing it , without it being in its final format and guess what ? ...the share price tanked
Point being I’m sure they released it earlier than they should have as they felt pressurised due to the timescales being extended and promising on delivery dates but seriously it took months for the SP to recover so after experiencing that , I tii Italy agree with BBN as getting it right first time is critical imho
Interestingly the next disruptive technology could well be the man made graphene which of course comes from graphite and as such it can be only be a matter of time b4 the price for the raw material explodes as highlighted here .

Sometimes it has to get worse b4 it gets better and that today can hardly be a surprise to anyone given the shift in stance adopted by Draper of late and from what’s been said in previous news announcements or not said even ..
There is clearly lots going on in the background but its taking far longer than they ever thought to materialise into anything tangible, and as such ,they’ve had no choice but to wind their necks in .
The current valuation based on that detail today is probably overpriced in truth but could change rapidly at any time but when will that be ?
Draper has had no choice to change tack re the future outlook statement and rightly so too as he’s been far too reckless in his claims ,but the damage has now been done and it will take a lot to restore investor confidence in him if at all ..
That said I sit on a hefty loss here and blame no one but myself as I’ve had lots of chances to sell out when the writing was on the wall but I’m at a point now where it’s sh.. or bust and after the 2nd Rns this morning if it was a total bag of sh.. then why or how do they keep attracting guys like that ?
“this time next year Rodders” ...springs to mind so frustrating ffs
So let me get this right .....the company announce in an official Rns on the 7/1 that they have appointed Ms Amne Suedi to the board as an NED and from the following brief, it tells me (even with my limited intellect ) that she is a very intelligent, highly qualified and well educated individual ... here read for yourself
Ms Suedi is a highly experienced legal professional who specialises in Africa based investment and business law. Ms Suedi is the founder and CEO of Shikana Law Group, a law firm in Kenya, Zanzibar and Tanzania and headquartered in Dar es Salaam, which provides legal and investment advice to foreign investors operating in Africa. Previously Ms Suedi acted as a legal adviser to Pictet Asset Management in Switzerland and the World Trade Organisation.
Ms Suedi has an LLM in international trade and finance law along with a Licence in Law from University College London and the University of Geneva respectively.
So the first time someone contacts her she then asks for more info about the company she was appointed to only a month before ?? Which beggars belief as I muted previously
So it’s very reassuring to now discover she clearly does remember who we are and has since agreed to pass the information onto the board as requested .
Onwards and upwards !!
Agree BBN and EB this is crazy cheap at these levels imho
Chopperchalk are u 100% sure that the response to ur enquiry was actually made by Ms Suede as opposed to it being answered by one her administrative staff who may not have ever heard of Acp in fairness to them ?
