Evening mate , each to his own old son , I’m heavily invested in both so I don’t share ur opinion on his switch to Avct as the potential there is equally huge for its oncology prospects as it is here for its chosen field but that’s just my take on it as always … that said the sole purpose of my post was purely to state as to what possibly had triggered that drop earlier today as those hefty sell trades would probably have occurred around the time when it dipped to about 74 that’s all …
The reality is that anyone invested here for any length of time knows only too well that for 4d and their cutting edge micro biome science , is that the sky is the limit especially if the results on their multiple shots at goal come out anything like the expectation … point being with all investments in pharma , it’s a huge game of patience as timelines almost inevitably overrun and the risks are high but the rewards huge if they can and do deliver the golden egg eventually …
My own view is that it could happen here as good as anywhere that’s why I’m here and hopefully the impending newsflow should give it the kickstart it needs to get back to something like a price representing it’s true intrinsic value … so fingers crosssed for all of us … GL with ur investment here porks . I’m not sure about the precise timing of this ,but I see Myles has sold out of his Swing Trade in 4d today at an average of 76p after buying in a few weeks back at 60p (so still a decent profit ) so depending on how many he had which would be a fair few I’d say .then this may well have contributed to the afternoon drop.
Nothing sinister in his reasoning other than he’s decided to take some profit & add to his huge Avct holding .
Anyway, another day closer to the impending newsflow here hopefully. GLA

I very much agree Lootgaloot it’s building nicely here and a good time to add as it’s still very much under the radar ..but might not be for too much longer with a bit of luck .Gla

Merck have a current market cap of 209billion dollars with cash on hand from last recorded accounts of 10 billion dollars … I think it was ,so with their existing 5% stake I reckon they are going to be all over this like a cheap suit for sure …
Point being With all the updates due in the next few weeks I don’t think myself it’s any bad thing if the keytruda one does come in last of all … the more time it’s taking the better on this particular update for the reasons stated hitherto by Sangi I think it was …point being even though any of the others could be excellent catalysts I think it’s fair to say the keytruda one is more likely to be one that really sets this alight …
I also don’t believe that the company would be making statements like they are “poised” to deliver …if they were not pretty sure they will … albeit thats only imho of course ..

Morning all , If u have been in hzm as long as me and u are truly familiar with the story here u will know this is classic Jeremy as there’s nothing in there that’s not to like except a woolly timescale which could mean anything from a few weeks to well whenever tbh . If u go back to 2019 even and read all the updates since ,it’s been the same old story with the finance and everything else tbh in that it was abundantly clear that the master plan here is to bring this project on stream at the most opportune time where the nickel price will be at its zenith and the Green energy conversion in proper full swing
The company’s view on this is 2023 imho and the ways it’s going that’s exactly when it will be and nothing in the last dozen Rns’ have implied anything else tbh and in my view he’s done an absolutely brilliant job at being able to capture imagination but simultaneously be a master tactician at pushing the can just a bit further down the road …until such time as the unrevealed actual timescales they’ve set are met … genius really

Spot on overnight , being invested in Mka is just like sitting and waiting on a ticking time bomb ... in a good way I might add ... once the market wakes up to it properly when further news lands or any other hint of further disruption to the supply chain then even at 22 p ...this will seem crazy cheap ...but that’s just my take on it as always GLA

A very interesting article here which effectively explains how and why the chinese are now in the situation they are ,as they not only control large amounts of the raw materials of rare earths but also have created an infrastructure and industry within an industry to transform those raw materials into end products ...a situation that we in Britain are trying to ensure right now with our very own diagnostics industry being created as i type ,so that in future pandemics we won’t be relying on anybody else but ourselves to supply ppe , tests , equipment , treatments , etc and other countries will be buying off us as opposed to the other way round .
Hindsight teaches us lessons to learn from foresight gives us our rewards and MKa is well blessed in the latter imho
The bottom line with Mka is by having their fingers in both pies with Songwe and then the Hypro-mag venture is effectively having 2 golden geese for the price of one and it’s pretty evident we are fast approaching crunch time where the real value will start to out itself I’d have thought so exciting times ahead here hopefully GLA

Some excellent points made of late and having given more thought to the timing of the recent tie up with the American firm ,and then add in the Biden conference yesterday ,and that coinciding very nicely with article written below ... it does imply ( possibly a tad biased I do admit that ) that matters here with Mkango are very shortly going to get very fascinating and exciting I’d have thought .
U don’t need to be Einstein to realise that the global monopoly China have in these key areas of EV , Battery , wind turbines , solar , and defence /security is truly mind blowing & fair play to them they had the foresight to see it b4 anybody else
Then look at the US figures in this link which clearly highlights their almost total reliance on imported materials for the manufacturing of such items and it then becomes blindingly obvious their needs are indescribably all too plain to see .. hence the need to move quickly , and more importantly to act quickly b4 they’re completely snookered
This along with the Greenland furore , the issues in Burma at present , are worrying for all of us not just the US but more relevantly here is that unquestionably, it puts the likes of Mkango in an truly epic place to be and us with it as shareholders As such for me at least it’s a buy hold, accumulate if u can and then simply wait for lift off .....as it can only be a matter of time b4 the value here truly outs itself big time ...but that’s only aimho as always GLA and a great weekend to all invested here

Well I’ve been invested here for some time but rarely post on this board but imho that I think that today is a true masterstroke as this problem with rare earths and rare earth supplies has been a massive problem for the US as we all know .and this guy was ,in his former role and still will be now, a ginormous influence in championing the Biden administration (who probably need no telling tbf to them) to act and to do so very quickly and as such this partnership cam only be a huge boost to Mka imho
