That’s a ridiculous assessment there are so many incredible statements within that Rns that tells u much about where we are and where this is heading far from management not knowing what they’re doing I feel it’s the total opposite firstly there’s no mention of anything holding this back except for regulatory approval ffs so no doubting the quality or validation of it and it’s talking about distributing this in the U.K. Europe and the US which suggests to me Avacta will hold control over most of that and better still they’ve got a profit sharing arrangement not just a small cut of the cake here but a big f o amount potentially ,
There are also more deals likely as Medusa only have certain rights from what I can see so I’d say the complete reverse and think Alastair has got all our interests at heart tbh but that’s only my opinion albeit contrary to yours fwiw ... GLA
Afternoon all , I usually go with the flow on Bbs as we are all entitled to our opinion but Im not entirely sure why anybody who may be invested here has ticked up older and wisers post as he’s just taking the proverbial ... his last post on here was sept 19 saying what a bag of spanner’s investing in Tanzania was ,so my reading of that is the chances of the self appointed sheriff of aim being invested here range between nil and nil -look he may be right for all we know at this juncture and if he is fair enough but if he isn’t, then maybe he will come back on here at some later date and admit that and simultaneously advise us that a change of name has been required .GLA
This below is in the telegraph today highlighting the big difference between an Antigen test and an Anti body test ??
An antigen test detects the presence (or absence) of an antigen, not antibodies.
An antigen is a structure within a virus that triggers the immune system's response to fight off the infection. ( I didn’t know this technicality b4 I must admit )
It can be detected in blood before antibodies are made.
An antigen test is effective because it can take a few days for the immune system to build enough antibodies to be detected in a test
(It must do likewise with Saliva obviously )
however, antigens can be detected almost immediately after infection.
Antigen tests are used to diagnose HIV, malaria and flu........
So for me at least Antigen tests have to be the first port of call ....undoubtedly
It’s a total no brainer so a great weekend to all invested here and GLA
Afternoon all hope this finds everyone well not posted for a while but I always check the board and some good discussions as always
Just going back to early birds point about the share price right now ... a classic case of the market maker mugging people out of their shares this especially if anyone is suckered into selling them at times like these ... where the reality is on the flip side that u can’t actually buy a bean at the same time as it b4 goes NT for all amounts (except for 10k In this instance )
The reality is they must clearly be filling a buy order so once u sell ur shares ... it’s a fair bet the price ,will more often than not , go up and u get mugged off time and again ... be careful u don’t get stung ... GLA
Ps bloody hell I see the price has now gone up 25 cents .. not complaining at that ...but watch out for the sells turning up later in this last hour or so ..robbing bar stewards those mms !!
Sorry Amtech I was tempting fate tbh but I Just had a feeling this time it was going to do exactly what it’s done ...let’s hope it continues
Yes totally agree the pieces of the jigsaw are looking like they are finally coming together ... great to be back over 3p for sure and any one selling now will surely be paying a lot more to buy them back in a few weeks time hopefully ..GLA
Seriously with what we know already and more pertinently what we know is coming with this share why would anyone even be thinking of selling even 1 share the potential and upside here is absolutely unbelievable and if ever there was a golden ticket to be had it’s surely this but only in my very humble opinion GLA
Morning fella look ur right u are entitled to ur opinion that’s what these boards are for and u may well be proven right .. the one thing I would suggest to u here is that all the other covid winners u are referring to ,are primarily in the supply chain for either tests ,testing kits , ppe equipment , testing diagnostics , etc which are clearly paramount right now and demand for them is both current and will continue in the future .which is reflecting positively in their share price Avct NCYT ODX GDR to name but 4 and understandably so
But the real holy grail in this fight against covid ultimately will be the vaccines ...but before that it’s going to be the treatments like ours ..which is needed now and in the future to reduce the impact of this horrid virus and save lives now and in the foreseeable ... it’s a massive massive market too
The big difference though is no one has had a covid drug proven yet nor tried and tested and we all know that b4 one comes along it’s usually a rigorous process to reach that stage ...but that’s all being short circuited from taking years to literally weeks as the world is desperate for answers ..so every drug company right now with a covid offering is all working their socks off to be the first out the blocks
As Moneymunch keeps repeating and he’s spot on imo that if Sanofi s drug results show anything positive then Tils will be in the sweet spot for sure and that cud be in just 2 days time ...likewise I also realise it may not however ,but tbh I’m not sure they can do any more than what they have they have done so far , they’ve filed a provisional patent and they know their drug works in combating the cytokine storm by using a unique easy application method which by the way is proving beyond doubt to be the biggest single factor in people losing their life right now ... fwiw I think we have as good a chance as anyone and if that transpires as we all hope this won’t be 50p ...but that’s only in my opinion and time will tell as always but u pay ur money u take ur chance ... simple as GLA
Typo ... but I did find it confusing ... that should read
Hi Miidas thanks for ur explanation but I think I’ve just cottoned on to what’s happened and why there was/is some confusion over the precise merits of the deal we’ve just done
Having checked up on Fridays rns’ I see there were 2 and the first one was talking about the drug
Actinomycin D and in the relevant paragraph at the bottom it clearly says about how it is currently administered
“ Currently, the drug is intravenously (IV) administered, which produces severe toxicities possibly due to excessive Cmax in blood during the first couple of hours after administration.”
The big difference however is the treatment breakthru by our very own Dr Kunwar who previously worked for the company we are acquiring the I P from ...is effectively the Nanoparticle formula based technology which is then applied to the Actinomycin D and results in this outcome
“ Nanoparticle Actinomycin formulation minimizes toxicity and enhances tolerability by slow release of drug to control Cmax in blood”
So this then becomes a completely different proposition altogether ...and that’s why on the face if it ...it makes a very complimentary and exciting addition to the Tils already impressive stable of drugs and treatments imho
Please note I’m not in any way doubting anyone’s ability to decipher information here but I did I’m find it confusing at first and being no medical expert I may not have got that totally right either ...but when I re read the 2 updates (as the second one came out about 25 minutes later with a specific reference to nano particle formula based technology it did make more sense than the first one and I think the penny finally dropped with me as to why this was a great bit of business to acquire ... onwards and upwards hopefully
GLA and enjoy this sunshine
No problem fella and likewise thanks for ur input too have a good weekend be well ,stay safe and fingers crossed next week for all us invested here
I really like this company that there tonight is yet another brick in the wall for sure and ur right MM this all about taking us from small cap to mid /major Bio . I also like the fact Gabriele has got a great track record he speaks with real clarity , knows his subject matter inside out and gives me the impression they have clearly goals and targets .. As such I’ve been loading up on these dips as the wider market hasn’t really caught on here yet but when the right news lands there will be a huge scramble for shares and they will be a lot higher than 50p when that happens imho ... exciting times here for sure .GLA
Morning all I think that’s a great Rns today as money munch has summed it up perfectly , this isn’t just about today or next week this is about taking another step forward in moving this company from a small to medium cap operation and to make that step they need to remove debt from the balance sheet and bearing in mind it’s taken just over 6 million shares to do so at 42p is a smart move imho , most ClNs have warrants attached to them and they need to be cleared as well in the event of a future takeover or Jv partnership so that also makes perfect sense and what’s more it’s another 600k in cash for the company
The decision to postpone the Aim delisting is also good news as it removes uncertainty .... for a business like this to have the pipeline they have, and a covid 19 offering which cud be simply huge it’s a steal at 50p as game changing news could land anytime , as I’m sure it will one of these days ,so for me at these levels it’s a total no brainer to be invested here but that’s just in my humble opinion as always . Stay safe all and a great weekend to all
Thanks for sharing that fella ur right it is a good listen what struck me was that Alan mentioned Avacta which I might add is another terrific company albeit dealing with a completely separate entity to Tils ,in the fight against Covid but the striking difference however is that Avct has gone recently from 13p to 65-72p so a 5 bagger already with lots more to come I’d reckon
Point being and an exciting one from an investment perspective here is , that at the current market cap Tils valuation is now pretty much back to where it was b4 the fund raise and effectively is adding in no value whatsoever for potentially what could become a game changing breakthrough with Tils- 501 in its proven ability to combating the biggest single danger to life posed by this virus, in tackling head on the cytokine storms occurring in patients that are costing them their lives ...
think about that .. frightening potential here imho . GLA
Top class that is mate thanks for sharing it
Morning all , some really thought provoking posts on here today and big thanks to Moneymunch in particular but it just struck me that the statements made on Newsnight and posted by Tamer is that the light is finally dawning that whilst the use of ventilators is still totally necessary they are simply not the answer or the ideal solution by any stretch Quite simply the greater need right here and now is to control and regulate the cytokine storm which is proving to be the single biggest factor in people losing their life through major respiratory problems
So Step forward then some company somewhere who can provide the requisite anti IRL-6 monoclonal antibody that can do just this and get to the crux of the problem quickly and effectively ?
Look I’m no medical guy but I do know that what we have within Tils itself are people who do know about this big time and for a simpleton like me the way Gabriele has outlined the benefits of administering our treatment drug which ticks all those boxes via inhaler/ nebuliser makes perfect sense to me , and the fact it can be so rapid and available to all ages gives us surely a superb chance of being heavily involved here and in that trial
Point being if U take this factor given where we all right now with this virus and how urgent the need is for a solution ... but then on top of that u add in all the other incredible pipeline stuff we have in the mixer as well ffs ... which is why for me at least, it’s so hard to believe as to why anyone would not want to be in this right here, right now ,but that’s just all in my very humble opinion .. most importantly ,stay safe all keep well and a great weekend to everyone
It does make me shake my head sometimes when a guy like stocks comes onto a board like this, posts prob 300 posts ,does the best frank Rampard impression ever and then does one ,just disappears completely ... unbelievable Jeff ...on a less flippant note that presentation last night was just awesome and highlighted that this company with the people it has on board ,the incredible stockpile of exciting developments in the pipeline , well funded and right at the heart of the biggest unprecedented virus the world has seen for a long long time , not only that it’s dual listed on the Nasdaq the ceo knows his stuff big time and the US and Trump especially are desperate for fast and effective remedies ,to save lives primarily but also get their economies back open again ... this share imho offers so much both now and in the future ..so be patient, stay safe and a great weekend to all .. incl stockbofs ..hope ur ok fella
No word of a lie I was going to post today saying I thought the podcast was ok with the best bit being Matts summary but tbf he must have been almost in a coma as the interviewers were absolute ****e and knew nothing about the company b4 hand that was quite apparent .
One of the downsides though for me at the time was the delay to financing as it implies nothing was going to happen until the revised DFS was updated with the new data but why would that be really ?
The initial numbers are still incredible and with discussions being ongoing for months and then Gezzer Hall coming on board in Nov 19 who supposedly was a financial kingpin in the mining industry ...and yet raising 38 million dollars with an IRR of 91% and an Npv of 350 million with a super high demand quality product to offer whilst heading towards the EV sweet spot ... it’s unbelievable really as that shouldn’t take much selling ffs
So that today explains much to me as I can’t believe that that can be in any doubt whatsoever ... time will tell as always GLA ... come on Acp get a wiggle on
...to save u looking this is what the rns said in nov

No mentioning re the financing in Johansens roundup which is conspicuous by its absence
Have I missed something? I’ve just gone back 3 pages and haven’t seen any posts from the main man after reading about 300 of them over the previous few days ...what’s happened to the lad ? Has he sold out ? Or just taking a breather
Good post ... yes I agree once all this data gets properly analysed after we get through this pandemic and hopefully the reality will finally hit home as to why we need to change our game and do so quickly for the greater good of everyone as the statistics will prove irrefutable I’d have thought .
That being the case the momentum should shift back sharply to game changers such as they EV revolution and trf to cleaner greener energy as it will make perfect sense to do so .
Having the foresight to see these things early and buying into a key player potentially such as this (at crazy low prices) would seem no bad thing ,but not every one thinks so or else why would they be selling such huge numbers .. at this point in the journey ..baffling stuff GLA
