Yes spot on copper it certainly looks like both metals seeing a pretty encouraging reversal and with what we have in store here it seems just plain crazy how this is still at these levels cos right here ,right now if ever there was an opportunity knocking Atm must be in that conversation I’d have thought so just a little more patience needed hopefully .Finally ,

@Audio I hope ur right mate but I’ve been in lots of mining shares where the share price has been multiples of where it is now yet bizarrely those very same companies are in far better positions now than they were previous , with a much higher sp which seems crazy I know .

The lassonde curve explanation helps to rationalise some of that far better than me but don’t forget there will be many holders on here that once the price starts rising some will surely top slice take profits etc so I’m not entirely sure it will just keep on rising like a Phoenix unless there is a continual stream of good news which will unlock a significantly higher financial & profitability aspect of ATM to support the upward momentum in the sp .

That said after listening to AV in that update he comes across to me as unshakeable in his belief that this company will ultimately become a mining behemoth in Namibia & that can only come from knowledge as to what they might have dropped on resource wise , as he almost states it as a given but its also assuming that everything falls into place as expected . Look I’m all for it Audio and my fingers /toes / et Al are well and truly crossed . 10-14 p will do for me fella any day of the week . GL & A T B

Morning all , agree with u guys a very reassuring update from AV . I liked it a lot . My problem is however bullish I feel, I just can’t ever count my chickens on aim & never will be as I’ve learned on so many occasions that this market has no tolerance for any one’s timescales cos it’s brutal . . That said if u have done ur research & u know ur chosen pick has excellent fundamentals , has world class assets , are well financed , well run , a board with much skin in the game, is seriously undervalued atm & with game changing possibilities likely ,both near term with the JV & longer term with macro economics changing for the better…. u must have half a chance or u round think so .

Warren B always said though when it comes to guessing share prices there are only 2 types of folk … those who don’t know … and b) those who don’t know they don’t know . I think he’s probably right cos I for sure haven’t got a scooby mainly because us Pi’s are only guessers on what might happen as we don’t have all the inside info do we ?

So yes on the one hand I think 10-14p is quite feasible if it all plays out exactly as planned but realistically that’s a 300-400% rise from here which is a mega rise …so my hope would be more in the range of 7-9p by the summer , but with a caveat that if tin , lithium prices rebound sharply , then I agree it could go anywhere ….

Still exciting times here for sure despite the current Walter Mitty share price . Come on ATM I wish u all a great day & GL to all invested here .

As disappointing as this shareprice is at present ,the harsh reality is that all mining stocks go thru cycles like this one where it’s painful and commodity prices are on their backside but it’s exactly at times like these that M&A activity /jv /offtakes are concluded as the big players know full well the tide will turn at some point & the big plus for Atm is that right now they know precisely what they’re sitting on & how much it’s potentially worth if it goes back to anything like it was b4 , they’re also well funded & producing so they don’t have to be held to ransom by some big shot trying to do us on the cheap . Look I’m like everyone else I really could do with this happening sooner & as frustrating as it is not to have at least an idea as to where we are right now I just can’t see AV selling us short .So in him we must trust

Like a few others no doubt at these crazy levels I’m just trying to add as many as I can b4 news lands , pretty soon hopefully . Keep the faith & GLA

I know nothing is ever certain in life but looking at the macro economics , the massive strides this company has taken over recent times , its overall fundamentals & the future direction of travel the world is heading in re the transition to greener energy etc it’s defo a fair bet here that at these price levels , right now this share is punching well below its weight imho .

Personally I think if the ongoing jv discussions are anything like fruitful which I expect them to be & a few of the other pieces continue to come together (ie the anticipated rise in key metal prices ) then a re rate has to be in the offing based on todays sp at just 5.05p ffs

Look I know from some harsh lessons over the years that no one ever can be over confident with any share on aim as it’s recently proven over at SHG , that us pi’s never will truly know what is actually happening behind the scenes but have to say I like what I’m seeing at Atm & like Richy, nesty ,copper et Al I think this is going to do really well in 2024 so GLA & HNY to all invested here .

I agree trek but that today is taking the proverbial for sure with everything stacking up just like boubou bear has just stated . The offer is truly contemptible given the gold being produced right now , the drilling results that are imminent , the gold price both now & in the future , the massive potential of WK & Shanta will be debt free and a cash cow to boot at the next update . U add in the CeO situ , the lack of news , the stalling shareprice where it almost beggars belief & then this derisory offer appears driven by an interested party wanting to take it all private by a global entity worth billions probably . It’s an utter disgrace and unbelievable that the company nomad is actually stating it’s a fair & reasonable offer as that is just plain wrong & an absolute joke . So disappointed with that today

Going back to March 20 re Bella’s previous post Avacta said this

Avacta will file a CTA application as soon as possible for a phase I dose escalation study for its lead preCISION pro-drug chemotherapy AVA6000 pro-doxorubicin. A positive outcome to this phase I study would require an improved safety profile compared with standard Doxorubicin since the efficacy of this existing chemotherapy is well known.

Positive data could lead to a significant licensing opportunity for AVA6000 with companies currently marketing existing Doxorubicin products or with companies that are currently carrying out clinical studies combining Doxorubicin with their checkpoint inhibitors.

A successful outcome to the study would also open the potential to using the preCISION tumour targeting technology developed at Tufts University and exclusively licensed by Avacta to improve the safety profile of many other chemotherapies.

This implies to me at least the primary objective was to get exactly where we are now as they already knew and had probably had already discussions with other pharma who were all trying to get to exactly where precision is right now …

so if that today doesn’t join up a few dots I’m not sure what will .

Just noticed this piece on Lombard odier & their top 10 investment convictions for H2 23 so no surprise they’ve bought a decent stake in Shanta .

Totally agree TT they’re awesome numbers & makes the current valuation and shareprice an absolute joke which the market surely can’t ignore for much longer and with gold pushing nearly 2000$ an ounce this has to be right up there with one of the best value plays on aim at these levels ..but that’s just my biased take on it which I realise means Jack to any 1 other than to me . Anyway I’m chuffed to bits with that today & better still , it’s delivered earlier than expected always a good sign that . Happy days

Kewjosh fwiw u have been a tad harsh on DB fella as he has played this share like Joshua bell played his messiah Stradivarius violin , buying in low & then selling at its peak of 160 , not only that he did predict this fall to the bottom for ages so that is top class share tipping punditry whichever way u look at it mate . Anyway let’s hope the recent uplift continues .GLA
