So if I am reading this right this facility provides Tils with an ongoing background funding facility or war chest of 250 million dollars ...that enables them to raise a maximum at any given time 40% of that sum up to $100 000,000 by the issue of new shares /Adrs via B Riley with whom they just had the fireside chat
What’s not to like about that ? It what this doesn’t say is the most exciting bit for me , as no company dies that without knowing they’re into something defo imho ... it may be start the car time very very soon GLA

Good news about the cash situation as this appears a strong enough endorsement that no imminent fund raising will be required according to this (unless the picture changes dramatically ) as u can never say never with pharma but a useful pointer at this stage to state our position

As for the next update I thought the top line date was confirmed as being available by month end ...and there is no mention in that today that that has changed ...but whether it’s released via Rns by Friday is another matter .
Either way I don’t think it will disappoint when it does come out so I’m not sure why there has been a sell off .. but that’s just in my humble opinion as always .

The U.K. govt spending on covid related matters is 22 billion alone in the next 12 months so do the maths by adding every other country’s spend to that on such things as testing ,ppe and vaccines ... but equally imperative as any of those ..is the pressing need for an interim treatment for saving the lives of literally millions of folk who catch it with a real bad dose where currently there is no recognised market leader to my knowledge I might add
Point being there will be a huge demand for what Tils may be able to offer here in just this one aspect aloneness and better still it’s so easily administered to patients of all types and ages there are no other antibody treatments like it in those formats . Furthermore it’s entirely unique to Tils and for me that’s what sets it apart
If it does do the business it will catapult Foralumab and Tils on to the world stage at the optimum time as the world is desperate for remedies such as this could offer

Some crazy things happening today the bid offer has just gone to 158-160 and as pointed out below U can sell lots at 160 and yet u can’t buy a bean
Now that usually means the mms are short of shares and want yours off u .... once they’ve got them they will almost certainly move the price upwards and the person selling gets mugged off ...as had they waited a little while longer they could almost certainly have got more for their shares by simply holding until the price goes up ...
I was always told not to sell my shares if the corresponding dummy trade to buy ...was resulting in a NT ...as it’s a racing cert the mms are trying to mug u off
Just looked now ...it’s 163-165 .... keep hold of these beauties they are golden tickets for sure GLA

Spot on and don’t forget u will all be paying stamp duty at 0.5% on all ur purchases after the main listing which is one small reason why I’ve taken some more today as using a £10k purchase or about 6600 shares it’s another £50 on top of ur trading charge ... a much better reason however is that it’s a fair bet with the right news here next week this current run has still got some legs in it yet but that’s just my take on it of course . I posted recently to say if u had been invested here 12 months u would have doubled ur money a week later u would now have trebled it ... but for many a couple of months is a lifetime a coupe of weeks is tbh but just shows u how quickly it can all change ... it’s been said many times b4 but if u have done ur research here and are prepared to give it the time it needs ..it will deliver simple as .That appointment today btw top class speaks volumes for where this heading ...well done the BOD GLA

Happy new year to all ... just a couple of thoughts here and look I realise we all have our views and opinions on a whole multitude of aspects relating to Tils and rightly so ,but for me I’m in the Shiraz school of thinking and ultimately if we are patient enough here the returns here will be plentiful .
That said i fully accept we could be a lot better as pointed out pretty succinctly below and it’s something the company need to look if they want to be even better
Paradoxically though despite their shortcomings the reality is had anyone actually been invested in Tils for even 12 months ...which from a true investment time period is not that significant in truth is it ? but if u had , ur return here would be over 100% which is pretty impressive in truth
I for one would ideally like to bag big time and the sooner the better for all of us no doubt but this is pharma and it takes time but even so these unprecedented times could change all that as we need breakthroughs here and now and so if anyone of our multiple shots come in it could happen sooner than we think
I was here early in 2020 when J Adam and man about town had huge holdings here but they both bought in early doors and no doubt at getting close to 3 quid they both multibagged and cashed in their chips and who could blame them ...but they hadn’t been here for just a few months and that’s maybe worth remembering .

Morning all , as investors in SAE it’s a safe bet we all want this company to do well and ultimately improve our financial health over the period we are invested and perhaps for some , the added bonus is that by investing in Simec is that’s ur doing so in a business genuinely trying to make our planet a better place to live ,not just for now but for future generations hopefully as well .
The other reality is we all have our differing opinions on many aspects of life and this share tbh and we don’t always agree either but oddly enough that’s what makes healthy debate and improves our overall awareness one hopes.
Look I also realise that maybe we all have differing views on the thoughts and musings of Myles McNulty which I fully accept too but in his recent tweet after having spoken to the CEO I believe , his explanation of the recent finance package is something I certainly wouldn’t have been able to disseminate like he has so I’m posting a link to it for anyone interested in reading it .

It’s not a rant mate I’m just saying that u don’t seem to appreciate how difficult it must be for any company in the same stage of development to raise that amount of cash which at this stage of course is subject to a whole host of conditions including the permit as u rightly point out.
I know from my own experiences companies get to this point with either a brilliant product or brilliant concept but just run out of cash or simply can’t find the finance to fund it and that’s in the good times
My point was u were complaining about this recent arrangement being debt on debt so I’m just asking U bearing in mind how tight money is to come by these days how u would have wanted it doing , what should they have done ?
FYI I’ve worked in finance all my life so ur expert opinion would be greatly received as I think they’ve made a pretty decent fist of it myself and ur assumption about my objectives are totally incorrect as my average here is 15p and here for the long run as I believe in the conceit and what they are doing here
Look assuming u are still invested too I fully appreciate the current drop is disappointing and think the sell off is totally overdone and as I said earlier I think like U the market has taken Tim’s wording to mean the permit will take longer than first thought but I don’t agree with ur opinion on the financing as I think on that point they’ve done a pretty decent job of it . Firstly at Scout5 don’t be bitter son but I think Goldfinches was taking the pish tbh altho perhaps u being skilled in the art of brokerage finance perhaps u would enlighten the board as to how Simec should be raising almost £200 million for project finance other than the way they are ?whilst doing so maybe u should be bearing in mind that we are in the middle of a global pandemic where people are furloughed , losing their jobs and economies area being fully supported by Govts around the world borrowing to unprecedented levels, to keep everything afloat ffs
So I will be very keen to learn as I’m sure others will be including the Bod I suspect as to what u consider to be a more viable and less dilutive way of financing than the ones they have already proposed ? Cheers fella

Precisely Green100 I’ve reckon ur spot on there fella ... it’s like that today one decent piece of news changes much including sentiment , incredible shift in fact , but it’s also piecing together the jigsaw as to what the real prize is here and I think u’ve just done that, as there’s no way that after 6 wks the CEO will not have a decent idea from the preliminary findings as to how that trial is going ...and like U say why on earth would u push the button on a main market listing if it wasn’t going to be a success .
Look , maybe that theory is just wishful thinking on our part ,as the reality is that we just need to get off aim ASAP imho and secure that main market listing especially if we do have serious ambitions of achieving the longer term goals they’ve set themselves ...
The phrase that comes to my mind is “timing is everything” ,so for me, it’s a fair bet that the listing dates and the trial results date will go pretty much hand in hand from what they previously intimated about when the results would be known and now this listing date, being set for 20/21 jan

Ask urselves this question why would a company like Hana a South Korean Giant enter into a finance agreement with Sae for up to 170 million of funding and then this deal recently for up to 12 million ( if reqd) if they thought this was a pants investment ? It beggars belief in truth that the reaction has been as it has but imho
I speak to a few of my mates all in this game and principally on aim and we swap notes on aspiring companies with all the pros and cons and chew over what great products they have and how great they will be but invariably the biggest hurdle out there is financing and getting the right deal at the right time and not at the expense of diluting shareholders too much if possible ... problem being they never have enough cash and during unprecedented times like these ... unless ur really into something truly special it’s extremely unlikely to get investors being prepared to lend / provide the amounts in question here ...
The reality is the likes of Hana will have done hours and hours of due diligence and will know themselves exactly what this company has in their locker and what massive potential it both has and will have in the coming weeks months and years ahead ... same with this investor now & whilst maybe the terms aren’t that favourable possibly it still makes perfect sense to have it as an option surely ?
For what its worth it’s pretty inconceivable a little while back u would be able to buy shares here at just 15p which I’ve just done but it actually shows as a sell and for me it’s steal simple as
The guy who says he dodged a bullet at 30p well done u mate but if ur still not buying at these levels ,u probably never will ,, whereas most LTHs on here following this story will think it’s a bat -hit crazy price
The last Rns was a straight forward update but I think the market has interpreted Tim’s wording myself to think the permit will not be here til back end Qtr2 but that’s just my take on why it’s dropped so far
Whenever it comes is fine by me as long as it does come of course but that said we all know that Sae is no one trick pony and as such it can’t be far off oversold territory if it isn’t already imho

Morning all, tensions running high here with good reason altho the one aspect often overlooked is that in the peer group in which we operate that we aren’t on our own with the drop here are we ? it’s not like Tils is a stand out loser shareprice and sentiment wise is it ?
The reality is ,Sng , Avct,4d pharma , Odx ,GDr, they’re all massively down too and guess what the sentiment on all those boards is pretty much as it on here and I get that ...as there are arguments for and against like everything in life .
I’m in Avct and trust me the CEO gets slated there for all kinds ,missed timelines , false promises , selling his shares at a much higher price than now , no updates for weeks , the ship is sailing etc etc all probably true but nothing fundamentally has changed there either ,as their true crown jewel is the oncology/cancer treatment ,not covid ....but that’s what’s initially drove the shareprice to £2 so like on here many who bought on the spike are now well out of pocket at just over £1 so feelings are running high and I get that too as no one likes losing money do they ?
Sound familiar ? point being we are in totally unique unprecedented times , where the goalposts shift continuously ,sometimes outside ur control but what’s disappointing to us PI’s right now is the total lack of communication ...and in any relationship breakdown u will find that that factor alone is usually the biggest cause of it .Reason being that without it , we are all just left out on a limb speculating what’s going to happen as opposed to knowing ,and that’s when it usually hits the fan
Look It has been poorly managed here of late we all know that and they need to learn their lessons quickly.. but I’m in the Shiraz school of thinking with Tils as I’m confident that our own Crown Jewel Foralumab will truly set us apart as that is a genuine game changer in a market worth literally billions .
So I’m here for the full journey and that’s why I added more yesterday at 75 p as that’s a bat —hit crazy price
