Just hope we don’t have a replay of the 2015 AGM which imo is unlikely, the BOD know it could be a bumpy meeting and will try to reassure investors , Ive been to the last two and both times left feeling confident about my investment , I am hoping to attend this one as I want to see the white of their eyes and watch their body language and see if I get the same feeling when I leave .

Very tempted , cant believe we are at the sp we are , the share price was around 6 p before the announcement of the Moditope platform yet alone a third platform and 5+ year data for Scib1 etc , so the market values all that for approx 8 mill !
This has nothing to do with the science and everything to do with missed time lines and sentiment which we all know can change in an instant , so as much as I hate seeing this sp I will only worry if the science looks concerning !
Must say tho Im beginning to know how John Gilchrist feels !

Have to say Im amazed by such a large drop , so far about 20% but I never expected the Scib combination trial to have any really meaningful impact on our share price until much closer to results time , I understand its another very frustrating delay but in my mind the real impactful news due could be our collaboration with BioNtech etc .

Then Lindy states -
We believe that this, combined with BioNTech's engineered T cells specific to Moditope® epitopes, could have great potential as a novel immunotherapy."
This was 10 mths ago and by this point they should be a considerable way through their studies so I wouldnt be surprised by a sp impactful RNS - I think most LTHrs are expecting one so it’s just when ?

Totally agree , hardly a mass sell off but this company certainly knows how to test patience, happy to pick up another 50 k at 8.70 after all a lot going on in little ol Scancell - Modi news , TCR , Grand Challenge results due Jan and not forgetting the “ left field news “ .

Like you say not to bang on about this but CH does infact state that - the company will be in a position to monetise some of its assets in the NEAR to SHORT term - that is mentioned at 1 . 25 sec in ( link you provided ) It does however appear that CH has also stated NEAR to MEDIUM term also , either way it’s not going to make an iota of difference because news will come when it comes . Happy to hold , though can understand the frustration in having to be patient

Afternoon, I used to find this all very frustrating too but have now come to the conclusion it will happen when it happens and there is nothing I can do to change that , its taken a few years (6) to get to that point and I have to say I was not happy with the last money raise but it has allowed me /us to buy cheap again . I believe the BOD know exactly how to play this and how to maximise all three platforms and they will deliver news when ready . I also believe we will all see a very healthy return but what we don’t know is when and Ive stopped trying to predict so its all about accumulation for me . We have sooo much going on and so few shares available so any sniff of decent news and the herd will arrive (imo) as I believe we are closely watched . We started this year with 4 RNSs in quick succession and are now entering the second half Shortly and news will start to flow again (IMO) and when it does we will wish we had topped up again - I’ve convinced myself again so might well have another nibble tomorrow! Huge upside and little down imo . GLA .

Konar , Do you have a theory who the possible final party could be ? If we are providing all the funding , the scientists are all ready to go , ichor in place and US clinics / patient advocacy groups ready then who else can come to the party ? Possibly nano delivery ? If so that could have delayed the Ind submission and possibly why we haven�t had further news on the Ichor licence ? ( saying that the original licence ran out on the 13th July 2016 and the RNS was released a week later on the 20th saying it had been extended ) if not then who are our possible candidates? Thanks

Our licence with Ichor which was extended in July 2016 runs out next month - unless I�ve missed something - so it�s possible we are not renewing or will get news very shortly. 20 July 2016 Scancell Holdings Plc ("Scancell" or the "Company") Extension to Ichor Commercial Option Scancell Holdings plc, ('Scancell' or the 'Company') the developer of novel immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer is pleased to announce that it has been granted a further extension to its option to licence the commercial use of Ichor Medical Systems' ("Ichor's") proprietary TriGrid� electroporation delivery system with SCIB1, Scancell's ImmunoBody� vaccine for the treatment of melanoma. In exchange, Scancell has granted a partial waiver over the lock-up which prohibited the sale, during the two years following their issue, of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") issued pursuant to exercise of the Tranche 2 share options (over 3,184,620 Ordinary Shares), issued as part payment for the licence option, as originally announced 16 July 2009 and extended in July 2014. Subject to exercise of the Tranche 2 share options, Ichor will remain under an orderly market agreement requiring any sale of such Ordinary Shares during that two year period to be effected through Scancell's brokers. Under the terms of the agreed extension, Scancell's licence option, which had been due to expire on 13 July 2016, has been extended until 13 July 2018.

This is great news and hopefully the catalyst for further news with regard to monitising our assets, if a deal is in the wings then considering we and the BOD have expected approval for sometime then news could arrive fairly quickly . Normally we don�t see much of a SP rise on patent approvals but I certainly wouldn�t be surprised to see our SP react well this time also considering our expected news flow . Before the OO we were heading north of 18p , now we have 10 mill and Modi patent approval and a possible deal just around the corner ( imo ) admittedly with a few extra shares in circulation.

A good buy delayed from yesterday showing , someone is accumulating imo . Not surprising with news flow due . Looking forward to getting confirmation of Modi patent approval and hopefully that will be followed shortly after of some form of deal .

Roses, Very very good point about the short squeeze , will be very interesting on Tuesday and expect a RNS between 12-1 , if all resolutions are passed then so will I but if not then a few quid can be made !
