Thats the same as I see it , how you guys have the patience to go over and over the same “ BOD are a joke or Placing ahoy “ is beyond me and I certainly would not have the desire or tolerance !
I have been thinking about a top up anyway because imo a £20 mill MCap is just stupid and if thats what the market values us at then I am happy to take advantage and with a few waiting to top up Isa accounts we could see a bit of buying at these low levels and add into that a couple of juicy RNS that could land anytime ! Was waiting to see what effect city financial was going to have or indeed could still have but very happy to pay around this level , would have liked a bit more buying but with so little news in first quarter could easily make a very interesting second .

Im buying again tomorrow , I can only take it as good news when a couple of individuals are so hellbent on warning us of the dangers of Sclp , it certainly makes for good reading but the counter arguments win hands down imo . They are obviously clever people ( imo, im sure others will disagree ) and incredibly charitable in giving up so much time and might I say effort in helping us all with our investment decisions, I know it has helped me a lot and has allowed me to accumulate, so I do feel we do owe them and the long suffering “team ramp” for their counter arguments a very big thank you and especially at such an important time in Sclp history and I am sure some will say that maybe why it has all been ramped up ( not meaning team ramp ) .
Just saying - when I re listened to the AGM recording yesterday with John or Cliff they said the money we raised in the last placing will see us through into 2020 and we are only just entering 2nd quarter 2019 Which allows plenty of time for a deal or non dilutive funding or a placing and Im literally betting my money on any of those options except the placing !

I knew I had seen or heard it somewhere and as a result have watched two proactive interviews from Feb 18 and our Agm recording again and again it has highlighted just how much we have going on and how big our potential news flow could be . The first quarter is almost behind and I think the next quarter could well have a completely different feel to it , we shall see .
Cant make head or tails of sp at the mo , last two days or so have been able to sell 75000 at 5.5 and buy 150000 + at 5.57 , just thought I would look and cant sell more than 5000 at 5.5 but I can still buy 150000 but now at 5.8 !

Just thought we could start the day with a buy ( showing as a sell ) someone said the other day - you would have to be mad to buy at these levels or words to that effect . Either I am mad or just plain stupid ! Personally I think your mad not to buy at these levels but each to their own . Have a good day .

Yeah and that share price rally could start tomorrow! Heres hoping anyway ;-)

The 5th horseman whose ride signifies a much different future and brings promise of a far better age to come !
Its easy in a news drought to be one of the 4 horsemen and not so easy being the 5th , but at times like these look at our fundamentals, our potential and our value and if you believe it will come good then why wouldnt you accumulate. Just because a deal hasnt appeared to date does not mean it wont and just because a placing or OO has been done in the past does not mean they will again , I look at the evidence produced and believe the upside is far greater than the down .
C7 totally agree - if you dont believe then why the hell are any of us here ?
Crumbs your getting quite a few more shares for your nibbles nowadays and all adds up to a nice holding and if your right then we’ll worth the wait .

183k of those were mine - really dont know what all the fuss is about ! Even with one piece of positive news we could double from here and we are due a few possible positive news items as highlighted earlier by Ray and Crumbs .
Our 18mth collaboration has been running over 15mths and sounds like things are going well so March / April for me always going to be a good time to top up and especially at 5.96 p !

Patience is a requisite when investing here that is for sure but for a small Bio to grow at some point it needs that all elusive licensing deal but once the first one is done .... well its like buses - hopefully.

I am not surprised to see an increase in buying when the sp is only 7p and infact Im bewildered why its not considerably higher .
We have been having some fantastic posts lately from both Inanaco and crumbs who imo are putting an extremely strong case for a licensing deal to come from BionTech and probably very soon . If or when this deal comes it could easily blow our current share price out of the water so if you are looking for a good entry point it doesn’t get much better than now because again imo the upside could be multiple multibags but the downside minimal !
Its interesting that sentiment is sooo low here at the moment and that is down to the share price being where it is and when sentiment is this low it is incredibly easy for certain posters to pray on our fears.
I for one have absolutely no problem with the BoD and believe they are doing what needs to be done to take our 3 platforms of groundbreaking science to achieve the best possible outcome for us share holders ! It may take longer than we expected as the delays have shown and they have made mistakes but all businesses large and small make mistakes but as long as they continue to move forwards and build vital relationships etc we will get there .
I am more convinced more than ever that our first deal is coming soon via BionTech with TCR which will give us hopefully a large sum of money in the bank and allow us to progress the Scib1 / checkpoint and Modi1 trials and then at this point they may do another raise but at a considerably higher SP - but RG did mention left field news which could be money from China in a non dilutive manor.
I have been with Scancell for over 6 yrs and yes it has been a long journey with more downs than ups in SP but I see this SP as just being ridiculously low and yes It does get to you but with the help of certain posters here you can follow the breadcrumbs and it makes for a great picture imo and therefore happy to keep adding as and when I can .
Certain posters certainly have agendas and do like to play the positive but negative in reality post and it is glaringly obvious but ask yourself if they truely thought this company was going nowhere or a cash raise was around the corner why would they just not sell up and move on ? And this doesnt matter if your sitting on free shares or not ! I am hugely optimistic about where we are heading so happy to keep buying and lower my avg but if I was very pessimistic even with a free holding I would sell ! Simple . I grant you someone has been selling but also someone has been buying and sometimes we drop on naff all volume - pesky algorithms again .
Anyway if you believe in this small bio that could transform cancer treatments for ever stick with it , if you dont then leave but I for one am staying firmly put .

Not sure if this has been posted previously even with its 1000 hits , its a bit old but right at the end they say they are looking for “ Great science “ and the reason they did the £310 million deal with BioNTech was because the science was too good Not to do a deal - so if you think Scancell have “ Great science and its too good Not to do a deal “ then its only a matter of time IMO - not if but when !

Hi Crumbs , I emailed a couple of months ago Lauren Mills ( Grants officer CRUK ) and she confirmed that the results will be announced in Jan 2019 and she doesn’t expect this to change .
So fingers crossed! but to be honest I would be very surprised if we didn’t win .

Agree and it just makes me think the closer we get to the Grand Chalkenge results the more interesting its going to get and we know they are getting released in Jan , and any other juicy bits released before then will only add to the excitement.

I would be very surprised if LTHs didnt account for 4% of the free float , we know the largest holding held by a PI is / was 7million + GF123 has / had 5 million and Roses 2 million , I am sure a fair few others have been content to add as and when the opportunity arises , I would hazard a guess at closer to 10 % , the best part is when a LTHer add to their holding they tend to be stickier hands ! This only means as we progress there are fewer shares floating about .

Nice to see we are 2nd on the risers board ! Havent seen that for a while ! The crazy thing is the ask it still only 10 p with so much happening which imo is still very cheap , I would love to have an average at this point in the companies journey of 10p , i bought the bulk of my holding at 30 p ish and have managed to avg down to about 17 p now but really have no real fears with this little bio , it’s all about the science and on that thank you to all our techies who are able to break it down into layman terms .

One of our favourite pundits has written a piece on us today but I don’t have access , anyone ?

Does he have something positive to say or is it a right up by someone else - think it was Nigel Summerville who a few years back tipped us for greatness .
