We are / have been expecting news on various fronts for a while now but mainly silence which in itself is deafening so I am expecting the next RNS to confirm the funding of Scib phase3 which ever way the BoD have decided to go , imo sale of part or partnership . I am not expecting news from Modi until we know the outcome of Scib .

There is a chance of a “keep the lights on” placing until negotiations have been agreed but I expect this would have taken place by now .

Time slippage possibly due to delays from MHRA .

Not long now imo and all will become clearer .

Share price has dropped back but looks to be consolidating .

Been here nearly 15 yrs and money could have been invested better elsewhere that’s for sure until it isn’t !

Not one bad scientific RNS , the market has never understood the science and I have never understood the market but here we are facing our biggest ( to date ) hurdle and if we clear it the rewards will justify the patience most Lth’s have had to endure , but being a LTH gives us the confidence that we will clear it and soon !

We must be very close to news ! Minimal downside imo and who knows the upside from here ! I just expect the wait will be worth it ! Tomorrow will do !

The release of the Modi data was delayed because Phil said this could complicate negotiations with large pharma , keep them focused on Scib then once they decide which direction they are going in or deal has been announced they will then release Modi data . The data will be more mature as well .

The company has said when they are ready they will “shout it from the rooftops “ , I agree with others and it feels like we are awaiting the MHRA approval now and then once that is in we could very well announce a deal / JV / partnership with large pharma and then I believe Modi data will be released.

We could very easily have a double whammy .

I remember the days when we had maybe 5 trades even no trades so a 100+ trades feels like we are flying !

You can add to that in the next couple of days is UK Biotech Day on 27–28 May and May is Melanoma awareness month ! 🤔

If my memory serves me right I remember when tested in mice we saw an improved outcome / better response over a longer length of time and we are hoping this will translate into humans , the reported trial numbers for Modi are low but the feedback from the BOD is very positive therefore are we expecting a better response rate in a larger number of trialists now more time has passed ?

I’ve been reading the posts of the last couple of days and come to the conclusion that some people jumped on the gravy train and panicked when we pulled back , some saw an opportunity and sold and maybe bought back in at a lower price ,some top sliced and took profit , myself I did nothing !

Based on all the information we have to hand the next RNS ( if it answers how we are funding phase 3) could / will be the biggest RNS we have ever put out that could catapult the SP into unknown territory and that is why I am sitting tight and not trying to be clever and certainly not panicking !

We will need anywhere from 50-100 mill just for the phase 3 plus everything else in development /running costs etc so how will the BOD achieve this ?

Partnership - board’s preference- what happens to share price ? My guess is up considerably

Sale of assets - there are a few options here but Lindy mentioned considering sale of Scib platform - what’s a fair price for this ? My guess share price up considerably!

Dilution - always a possibility but imo the least likely , a small dilution is always possible - share price effect possible drop but short term and no guarantee a drop at all considering the amount of interest we are generating.

The biggest part for me is confirmation that we have something the big money wants , any LTH knows we do but until that RNS lands we don’t 100% know and that’s why the next RNS for me could be huge and why i sit tight and wait .

I’m not going to be out over the weekend that’s for sure !

No “ speeding ticket “ incoming imo , the Bod have been saying for years the SP is derisory plus we actually are faced with some big news - it doesn’t matter which way you cut this the news due will be big and the majority of people are expecting it to be SP positive and by the looks of it so does the market !

The decision has already been made imo and it’s now about when we get told which should be very soon. We have been given plenty of information that suggests the BoD preference is a deal of sorts either JV or part sale .

Scientifically what Sclp has achieved over the last decade or so is mind blowing and we believe our platforms could fill a major’s R+D department for another decade + which means we are currently just too small to really get the absolute best out of these platforms .

Any LTH has been aware that we have been so far off the radar it’s crazy but now finally we are starting to get the recognition Sclp deserves and this will only intensify going forward .

The phase 3 news we are eagerly awaiting will imo change the company for ever and my expectations are Sclp will get catapulted towards the big league !

They have a plethora of options which makes for exciting times and I can’t necessarily see a negative to which ever scenario they choose .

The silence is deafening but not for much longer !

Wasn’t planning on adding more but think the the excitement has got to me ! I know it’s still cheap but I remember when you could get 200k for your ISA allowance , not anymore ! News next week please ! 🙏

Always exciting when you have upward momentum and posters come out of the woodwork agreeing with each other about “this is not the time to buy” even though they admit knowing next to nothing about the fundamentals!

Well each to there own but I invest on fundamentals and trade on charts ( RSI excluded) ! Most here understand the fundamentals and have ridden the more downs than ups and we know the reasons for that but now the rise imo is justified and again imo this is just the start ! If you know the BOD , if you know the company and its products I doubt many will be selling at this level . I am hoping for a pullback and only because I want to buy cheaper but when our overdue news lands I’m betting on seeing the 20’s in my rear view mirror . Good times ahead for many a patient long term investor in Sclp . All imo of course .

The question I have is what is Scancell currently and where are we planning on going ? Do we want to become a major pharma in time or do we want to to get our platforms to a point where we sell the entire company or do we part sell and develop the remaining ?

The BOD know but as shareholders we are left guessing but I expect the answer will become clear soon enough .

My preference would be sell part to fund or partner , what I do not want to see is massive dilution ( which I think is highly unlikely or even possible) .

We are in negotiations and TD saying to develop the phase 3 in-house is imo a play . Time will tell .

Reckon the board may have to put out a speeding ticket soon ! ;-) It feels like It’s been a very long time since we saw two strong blue days !

1 ( being generous) out of 10 for that I’m afraid Cyrptolink ! Fund raise always possible but not likely this time around imo . There is so much going on that I think you need to look a bit more into it before suggesting an imminent raise ! Looking at your profile you were aware of Scancell 5 yrs ago but have obviously not kept up .

Alternatively you can await the raise and buy in cheaper if you wish .
