I don't doubt or question your figures in any shape or form.

However my question, in specific relation to the share price, is "so what"?

Is there a point/target where you anticipate/expect the figures will/should affect the share price or is it all a bit academic?

I appreciate that forescating is not easy especially when it involves the future!

The RNS appears to emphasise the fact that Tiger is an “Investment” company, therefore a KIID would seem to be the document some brokers are waiting for before allowing trading! How long the wait, who knows.

However, you can relace "GLR" and some related detail, with the names of CB's other companies, AFP, BZT, XTR (I hesitate with KEN!!) and the same applies. Herein lies the issue with multiple Directorships for CB and some of the other directors.

They concentrate on one company with all it's projects/assets to the detriment of other companies with their projects/assets?

We agree that the PR function is virtually non existant. Maybe if Mr C Bird sacked Mrs C Bird and brought in some one who knows a bit about PR then the function would begin to be effective.

Tir have to date failed to provide a KIID, so maybe new Memorandum and Articles might be easier for them!

At present we have two businesses in one company; C Bird - mining and J Bixby - AI/tech, I know which one I would back!!!

Simply changing the name is not enough. New Memorandum and Articles of Association need to be written and submitted to Company’s House. Until that happens Tir will remain an “investment” company irrespective of its name. Let’s hope Tir admin has this in hand!!

As a minimum the company should release the results of the votes on the resolutions (let's face it they know that already) whether we get anything more than that, who knows.

I agree with a lot of what you are saying, however, you say "this was not his (CB) idea"; if that is the case whose idea was it to go from a "mining investment company" to an "AI" company when as you, rightly, say, the "old" BoD didn't have a clue about AI?

Agree that a change of Mems and Arts should remove the need for a KIID, but what has to happen to counter the A J Bell, and possibly others, arguement about "pump and dump"?

Presumably when no longer an "investment" company, all the mining holdings will be sold off.
