the 450k went to a "business partner" of EMX, but we don't know who!

It could be me but from 26m shares to 4m shares without any explanation seems a bit odd!!
Also, 3.6m to EMX but what about the balance of 450k, where did they go?
News states KEN will issue shares worth £4.4m in relation to it's acquisition.
Bearing in mind the maket cap is £3m, again a bit odd!

Mr T, note your comment re CB delivery (if only) and also "bodies".
Let's be honest virtually all CB's companies are "run" on a part time basis, something I have stated before for consistency. The same names appear all the time. If CB were to concentrate on bzt, what about xtr, afp, glr, ken, tir; and why bzt specifically? Is there anything super special about bzt over all the others and if so what is it?

Unfortuneately the answers to your questions are not straightforward.
You see our Chairman's credibility is worth next to nothing, few believe what he says and he is known for "over egging the pudding". That is across all his companies.
