Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
3CB, I'm with you.
I recognise and applaud CB for Kiwara, great success.
There have been failures along the way as well, the least said about BMR the better and there have been projects which didn't turn out exactly as promised!
Out of all CB's public companies there is only one where todays share price is higher than one year ago and that is TIR and I don't think they do much mining!
Yes, we all want to make money and hope that CB is more than a one hit wonder, but a touch of realism is reasonable. Read some of his other company's boards, hardly over flowing with joy and comfort.
I've said before and will continue to say, CB is too thinly spread, multiple companies, multiple projects in those companies over multiple continents.
Let's hope for a good succession plan.
No breakdown of Directors remuneration, just £48k to the highest, 3 guesses required! Total Directors remuneration circa £97k.
Glad the Directors are making money cos no one else is.
Statement, repeated from previuos reports, don't expect Royalty payment until hell freezes over! (a bit of literary licence). No indication of how shareholders will benefit!
Came from BMR, shareholder certificate framed and put in smallest room, cost more to sell than what it's worth!
Rearrange into a well known phrase or saying!!!!
Don't think there was any mention of BZT in the Sunday Roast from SA yesterday, apparently Colin, we the shareholders, are hosting their visit to SA. No reaction across any of CB's companies today, wonder why?
How much longer before we, collectively, win the Guiness World Record for "patience"?
Ravendiva,
Not yet, regulatory steps to go through plus the possibility of an offer from a n other!
Assuming agreement is reached at some point then you will be offered £N.nn, it is a cash deal, for each of your shares. Not sure if you could or why you would refuse the offer but it will be the only game in town then you take the money they take your shares, you are no longer a shareholder!
You could always read the RNS and supporting documentation on the web site!
Nick0212, you are right about the"Royalty" however I have never seen in reading/writing how shareholders will benefit. We should keep reminding them but as I have said in the past, snowball in hell's chance!
Funding, share price reaction says it all!
"Bezant is focused on developing its pipeline of copper-gold projects to provide a new generation of economically and socially sustainable mines and also has a manganese project in Botswana."
Can anyone please explain what the above means and how it benefits shareholders?
RMc2407, you are right, but it is not just the number of companies, you have to multiply that number by 2 or 3 because there are multiple projects, across a number of continents, in each company. Yes he has “his” people but there is commonality in names across some of his companies. Spread thin is putting mildly. I would like to know what his aim or target is?
Prickly you are also right, as of now CB is a one hit wonder, big hit no doubting but that was some while ago. He gives the impression of a having a big toy box but can’t decide which toy is his favourite so picks one up then puts it down to play with another before rinse repeat.
Does anyone know what his target or aim is?
I really don’t want to be the richest person in the cemetery!
I have voted against, will my paltry holding make any difference, almost certainly not.
My view is that the money received, over a period of time, will not benefit shareholders and will simply be used for another fishing trip for CB. His personal aims are not alied to those of shareholders, and that may apply across all his many companies and projects.
Oh yes, the royalty.
Snowball in hell comes to mind.
Just call me an old cynic.😳
Hi guys,
Kabwe is irrelevant as far as Kendrick is concerned.
Bird/Borelli did a "deal" on Kabwe with JLP (no conflict of interest of course, Bird was a director of both companies) (Borelli was, and still is, just a muppet) which wiped out BMR to all intents and purposes.
Have a good Christmas and New Year. We live in hope!
My views. E&OE
Agree every shareholder has the right and some say obligation to vote at General Meetings.
However, 9 shareholders hold 52.8% of all shares (Annual Report). The rest, the multitude, hold the balance of 47.2%.
Whilst exercising our right in actual fact it makes no difference when 9 shareholders exercise their right to vote.
9, 11 & 12 I guess were mainly down to the 9! Also look at the % of shareholders who voted!
Just my view. E&OE
Trust in the Board & CB!
Silberstein hands in pockets both here and GLR (FD in both)!
Ford hands in pockets!
Thygesen hands in pockets, non ex elsewhere in other CB companies!
Wonder why they have not "invested" in XTR? Lack of trust or just poorly paid by CB or they know something we don't?
