One thing missing, time line! Are we talking 6 months, 12 months, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years 20 years before shareholders see a financial return?

Mrs Bird is not a director of Beazant. She is listed under the "Board" at Galileo but not as a director.

She was a director of Lion Networks Limited but that company was dissolved in 2014. Bird & Samtani, amongst others, were also directors.

Re Lion Mining Finance. Extract from the 2023 Accounts page 19.

"An amount of £15,250 was paid during 2023 (2022: £15,000) to Lion Mining Finance Limited, a company controlled by C. Bird, for administration services and use of an office."

When/should/if a GM is convened, has anyone given thought to the wording of the resolution(s)? Do we know what we want from a GM and the resolutions have to reflect that?

As shareholders we can rant and rave as much as we like but at the end of the day it is the market that determines the share price.

My holding is miniscule in comparison but I agree whole heartedly with the principle.

Chilibwe Mining Limited was registered on 17 August 2005 in Zambia with company number 120050059656 and its main activity is the Chilibwe Project. The executive director of Chilibwe Mining is Lukonde Makungu who is also an executive director and shareholder of Cooperlemon Consultancy Limited which is a private Zambian based mining consultancy firm.
