Don't know if it is lack of KIID or "pump and dump", however your comment re admin, I found this on page 43 of the last annual report.

"12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS (1) Lion Mining Finance Limited, a company in which Colin Bird is director and shareholder, has provided administrative and technical services to the Company amounting to £50,000 plus VAT in the year (2023 - £60,000 plus VAT). There was an amount of £186,000 outstanding at 31 December 2024 (2023- 132,000). The Board considers this transaction to be on an arms’ length basis. "

Re cut off date(s) and consolidation; I don't believe we will see any detail (dates) until after the AGM and assuming the motion for consolidation is passed. Whilst unlikely, the motion could fail! Perhaps Irish you could confirm/deny?

I agree with you about CB, he is certainly well passed his "best before date". Whatever he says or does the market simply responds with a great big "yawn". Shareholders can comment as much as they like but it is water off a duck's back!

Martin Churchouse is touted as CB mark 2, not just for BZT but other CB companies. Surely if this happens we will simply be in a similar mess to current with one guy running around like a blue bottomed fly trying to keep the plates he is handed spinning.

What each CB company needs is a dedicated CEO who has the company's and the shareholders interest at heart.

That would be a major step forward.

Last sentence - "Against the aforementioned, the Board has no expectation of any royalty income in the midterm but are negotiating with Jubilee to sell the royalty back to Jubilee."

Never believed it would happen and now it never will. Don't see how Kendrick Resources and their shareholders will see any benefit. Don't hold your breath!!!!!

Shareholders reasonably expect succession plans to be in place in professionally run companies.

can't agree with the con man bit but I do think Colin Bird is struggling. He will not see 80 again and age does have a habit of catching up with you, even with a very comfortable life style!

My question is "focus", how can anyone be focused on multiple projects across multiple countries/continents across multiple companies? Please don't say "copper", when the recent evidence does not support that view.

What I would like to see is the recruitment of good CEOs across his companies (AFP, BZT, GLR, XTR, TIR) who are focused with targets for shareholder return, now that would be novel!

Colin Bird has decent shareholdings in most of his companies surely he would like to see a positive return on his investment, just like we would. It is not going to happen without focus.

Give everyone a decent return on investment and maybe, just maybe, Colin Bird can survive quite comfortably without multiple salaries/expenses!

Oh yes, and get rid of the Roast PR; every time they "discuss" his companies the share price has a habit of dropping; is that really worth paying good money to a PR company to do?
