One of the unsatisfactory results of the court case settlement...is that we don't know what the story was

1) weak contract

2) there was a quality issue

3) neither but they could not risk losing or even winning and being dragged through the appeal process

They still did very well from covid and with some decent management could have really launched the company

Thing is they were a penny share company...with some clearly good science people..but with management akin to your local double glazing company.

That they in any way thought salad man was a good hire was unbelievable..that cost them a lot of money and time. Money frittered and a year of rudderless ship drifting with pretty PowerPoints.

Anthony ..I have never bought a share on cnsl. Previously had shares in odx...but sold them all at a considerable loss.

Some will use this to say don't listen to me...but perhaps I am exactly the person who should be listened to? Know the company and it's history very well..have no skin in the game...and therefore not lying or trying to.pump and dump and make coin.

Cant see scottish gov being any more helpful than eng one,

If riverstone wanted the company broken up and sold off they would have refused the additional loan....and we would be in admin already.

I think they want to see a solution for the company and to get their cash back.

The fact that riverstone clearly demanded JW removal and I suspect lined up Rothschild and new guys. Plus gave another loan.Says to me that they want to find a solution. If the rothschilds want the company to continue ..it will.

i think it is more of a case that many hoped that the govt would support a company that was indirectly doing important work for the company. they were not asking for funding - just a guarantee that would enable a loan to transition the company. the idea with the loans is they would move to be self sufficient and not cost the tax payer.

however as with covid - it is clear that successive governments are not interested in aiding british businesses to provide services for this country and benefit workers here at the same time. they would much prefer to outsource to foreign business.

when we no longer have the ability to make anything ourselves and stand on our own two feet with the lack of global security that brings - we will have brought it on ourselves

thing is i am sure these guarantees issued are all going to legit companies and everything is above board and in the peoples interest
