I question if the additional loan is a respray..as that has to be made back on top of anything else they might get.

I think they realise that the navy contract is the best way of getting cash back...so expect a break up of everything else to try and fulfill that. Where this will leave sh..is the question.

it has been explained numerous times on here - the transaction is designated a buy or sell depending on trading price relative to the midpoint between buy and sell price.
