Still got a minimal amount and will keep a close eye on ncyt ..as I said yesterday they are only a lurgy plague away from making people rich.

I think they have a huge opportunity here ..but not convinced on the company..eg the after hours tweet was not cool....could have been done in trading hours etc

if i didnt have a huge chunk trapped in harl at the moment I would possibly stayed....but getting sick of aim and really crappy bod

My original intention was to be completely out of this share at 70p

Tbh I thought there was a possibility of some lurgy being prevalent this winter ..covid or something else..for various reasons. One of the reasons that I was happy to stay in.

You have a point on the market for faux medical tests..but are cnsl advertising in that market and to the right people.

I still don't think USA is the best market...one the difficulty and size of it...with no boots on the ground. Two you are up against American aggressive sales teams...three I don't think they are so gullible in USA with health. They are used to paying and so the ones who would pay will be much better informed

Well the good thing about ncyt is that you are only ever a plague away from being rich!

I think combo of a) monkey pox b ) vat return and c) dust settling is behind this rise. Not really a pump and dump per SE as have not seen any evidence of an orchestrated pump.

the problem with these broker reports is that are usually paid for by the company - if you read the small print it specifies that this is not independent research with all the usual disclaimers

Q - the problem is as you showed in your example - the science is against IGG testing

so a company with a terrible past performance on sales - selling a highly contentious test - is really not a great combo

Tav - the vat would have been paid by ncyt on invoices that were not settled.

since they are not going to be settled now - and no vat was ever recovered by ncyt - ncyt cannot be liable for the vat

in my opinion the tax and vat are pretty fair.

They have not been overcharged ..they took money that was always going to have to be paid back. Would have been paid back in stock but they never produced anything ..and so the gov wanted hard paying tax payers money back in cash.

Cnsl ..not understanding the contract they signed then felt exploited by the gov and so feel some justification in keeping hard working tax payers money that they are not entitled to

My suspicion always was the going concern. I had thought the temp cash injection would maybe enable them to give 6 months of future trading and possibly get around the definition.

He has been at the company for years...and would seem to have had a pretty cushy number. Can't say his performance has impressed and so I would be surprised if he has found another job....unless he knows some real bad news on the way?
