Q...one would think that the pump and dump dampers would try to find some scientific evidence to combat rather than trying to lie about others ( posting history is visible) or police their grammar.

It is hard as 99.9% of scientists and authorities classify is as not recommended...but I am sure there must be something to try and argue with.

The thing is they are only confirming the prelim figures.there will not be a vast difference.

The ebitda will be released. They have already said they " expect " it to be positive. I think it will be by £300-500k.

If it is on this figure whilst an improvement..pi will release that gross profit was not the same thing as true profit. And it will be a shock to some. I suspect might be some minor sell off and a drop. That kind of profit will not support the pump and dump claims of 12p

If EBITDA is negative then expect a drop

Fakey. The audited accounts will just confirm what we already know. The worry is those that did not understand that gross profit is not real profit...and so we may be in profit but not by much compared to the figures bandied about on here.

My guess is the sp will go down once reality hits.

There will have been no large significant orders as these would be released by rns...given the froth generated by $50k in USA previously.

Val...if I were you I would start a thread on here titled EGM who is up for it. People who hold can then declare their holding and you can see if you are moving to the required number of votes.

Trying to arrange random meets isn't going to get anywhere in my book.

i suspect it is going to be really difficult to gather investors together. all you can do is use your vote against re election and powers etc...ruffle feathers and voice your displeasure in the only way they will take notice of

however that won't necessarily make them better at their jobs even if they could be. i think we have to assume that on the whole they are not extremely competent - eg hiring of salad man...being pretty much rudderless with no forward plan.

Val - they could not buy the company - if they started then it would increase sp.

i have been in a company where they tried by placing it to death...dilute existing shareholders by 90% +. it went to court and was prevented.

ncyt can't place as they have cash so no excuse

i suppose they could have done a buy back of some shares after the court case to boost the SP...as a reward to lth.

i think you have to face the reality that they just don't care...

Val...there is nothing to replace PI with. there is no reason to replace PU

using occams razor - i honestly think they don't care about PI and the sp as long as their wages are being paid and there is money in the coffers for biscuits etc

There needs to be better communication and accountability for what they actually do day to day and the business plan going forward,

Exactly Stan..people forgetting the back orders not met in previous financial year...which will have skewed results a bit.

Don't worry it is the MO of a certain poster on here. Like company saying they might have to give cd4 away. When we take it at face value and discuss - they then say oh you got it wrong.

The misrepresentation of gross profit as true profit on here is disgusting. And newbies will get burnt when the full results are announced and nobody can hide behind gross profit...and the so gets hammered.

The only consolation is that nobody in their right mind is going to invest and lose money ..hence 6 trades today...
