We would know sids valuation and whether management think the company is worth more.

I have said all along there was a good probability of an extension ..these negotiations will take time .

The good thing is that it also gives time to get finance sorted ..which would pay drive price up.

Did will want to do quickly as with more time there should hopefully be more recovery on sp.

The problem is the lack of liquidity means the only trade is when it has dropped down to a low and then the rinse and repeat crew jump in as an update comes up. For a quick pump and dump

On the contrary I think an extension will mean there is more possibility of a negotiated deal.

David. the financing will probably / hopefully be done by then as well as the review being completed. so the SP will be higher and sentiment being restored

this is sids best chance. they also know what is under the hood - so in a better position than any possible competitor who needs to wait for the review to be over

The debt is the same ish...the free cash flow is sameish..from their last try. The only financial difference is

the review which we know now will not affect cash.

What has changed is the sentiment and complete lack of faith in management..that makes the company more vulnerable to a low offer.

Did are trying their luck in all probability and let's be honest with the price down here people are willing to cash in on a much lower figure than the company prob could be worth in time...because faith in management has gone.

I think 90p could still be the figure +- 15 %

If course if the finance is renewed and the review completed..the company could be on the road to a serious recovery and slowly but surely the sp will get above £1 again.

James..I agree that the content and or wording of any rns in the next 10 days will be important.

My only fear is that the CEO seems belligerent and determined not to support sh..the owners of the company..and the SP.

He needs to give a positive if there is no concrete agreement with sid. Whether it be talks are continuing or finance terms are developing.

I have said for awhile now that I see an extension as a possibility. For example if there is a bit of a gap between valuations and there probably is. One would think an extension would suggest a deal is more likely and it would be nice if the sp reflected that. The higher it goes the more wood can say "see !"

Gonna be an interesting week. And hopefully we get an ft leak soon
