Sad ending ..bloody phone!

Defo a tragedy ...it is looking like a very safe ending to what was a beautiful story...I was gonna be rich and find a princess!

British..to be fair to the bondholders we wouldn't have got off the ground without them..they also probably had high hopes for Hur and dreams of fortunes..mind you some may say in hindsight that's where the trouble started!

Maybe the contract on the bonds wasn't the greatest..and placings could have been done at higher prices etc etc..but it is the geology that let us down according to the new bod and CPR. Maybe trice could have been more amenable and settled for joint ventures at less favourable terms - who knows..

It is just unfortunate that the bondholders are higher up the food chain than investors...lesson learnt

Slip..I wouldn't disagree with you on kerogen...I suspect they know more than most...didn't sell..didn't buy...just waited..

the fact that CA haven't had conversations with the bod - who have supposedly been engaging with stakeholders (bondholder?) suggest they don't hold any bonds or at least significant amounts. i suspect kerogen are and they certainly havent been adding to their shareholding. I suspect they have known this trajectory for quite some time.

the term "significant dilution" is slightly misleading in my opinion.

not true ..could lose another 50% and then another and another etc...and that is if the dilution goes ahead.

ned - i suspect we are arguing the same thing in that on the day of dilution the SP is going to get well and truly hammered.

little ned - more like the number of shares is the number of shares whatever the market cap is. .the number of shares is fixed at any given point of time - soon to be a lot more.

the market cap therefore changes with the SP or you could argue the other way around...lol

when the new shares are issued the old shareholders will in effect only being owning a 20th of what they were owning before. the SP will reflect this and the amount they will recieve if they choose to sell at this point. only going one way unless there is intervention from CA

there is soon to be x19 as many shares - what do you think that will do to the SP? it certainly wont result in a mcap of £400m.

mouse - i doubt it. my suspicion is they will be soon receiving a lot of equity without lifting a finger

fandg2 - i can sympathise. i had the same with the horse hill pile of poo on the beeb. Billions under gatwick - got stuck in assuming the bbc had done their due diligence. lessons learnt. number one is avoid any porky australians! number 2 discovered oil seems to easily disappear. number 3 incompetent persons report is full of disclaimers and paid for by the company who supply the data

"very good news"? actually i thought it was a no news RNS. A sort of we promised stuff by end of april so we will release an rns - but actually nothing has changed despite twitter ramping...lets just hope the twitter ramping is not a sign of another director sell!!

1) confirmation of 2m/day capacity - not given as still no decision by gov and so cant get to full capacity
2) launch of vistect - from march we were told "commercial roll-out which is expected to start in April." - today's rns indicates to me that this hasnt happened

i am heavily invested in ODX. they have products that in a pandemic should be selling like ice cold beer in the desert. i still trust it will come good though have to admit to my bottom being squeakier than it was at the beginning of the year. however it does not mean i am not going to comment negatively expecially when it appears the company is not being run professionally

issue 19 times more than the current issue? then a conversion of the zillions to something more manageable??

may be..... assuming that this CPR is 100% correct - though after the last one there have to be at least some question marks....mind you at least there are enough disclaimers if it isnt so that everyone is covered

another vote for ousting of the bod. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt until xmas. however when no plan was announced it was pretty obvious there was the real danger of missing the weather window that had been mentioned. they then missed this. now as we approach May We still await the "plan" and also funding.

there has been no interaction/interviews on/in any media that I have noticed. if they had wanted to destroy investor sentiment and SP they could not have done a better job. which begs the question what are they up to? clearly CA agree.

Rightly or wrongly I always look at a CPR a bit like other certs eg MOT or gas Safe exams . How deep they want to delve is up to the individual company doing it. Also if they don't provide the "goods" they are unlikely to get repeat business. I suspect the oil world is quite small and word of mouth knows who the more friendly firms are.. There are enough disclaimers that they are never liable for anything anyway.

This is why trice got the CPR he wanted to move the project forward and the new bod have presumably got the CPR that they wanted whatever their agenda is.

The fact that whoever does the CPR gets the data from the company involved means that you would suspect they know what the final read will be like.

I don't see anything underhand in the dates. They give the date it started and drag it out months to justify the inflated price they charge to check over someone else's figures.

Reminds me of a photographer I knew who had printed the photo ordered by the client as he was on the phone getting the order. Of course he didn't send it for a week to show he was super busy and it took time to get it right.
