megatro - i agree. they just doubled the contract due to the releases.

Quite frankly i would be happy with confirmation of what test is to be manufactured and that we will receive a good portion of the original contract.

FFB - I agree. I think Colin has had enough chances. He clearly does not understand AIM market - fine if he was delivering the goods - so to speak. however he isn't - big launch and all. he has alienated PI when he needs their support and patience

these ongoing talks - are a smokescreen. either both parties want to get the tests out or not

Though personally i doubt it. i think the AM will be renewed and hopefullly production/oil price enable bondholders to be paid /renegotiated etc. regardless shareholders do still have light at the end of the tunnel - something they did not have if the "giveaway " had gone ahead. better to go out with a fight than a whimper.

$17m - a criminal amount. They will also have to pay CA legal fees. If they had spent as much effort/time/money in trying to organise a future plan (before xmas as originally advised) and funding- the landscape could possibly have looked a lot different

Hh- I got the feeling if anything the judge might need more time. Hur wanted the decision by Monday so they can issue the new shares...otherwise they know they have lost AGM/EGM. He said he would bear their request in mind but if he couldn't decide before Monday then it was tough..

I suspect he already had his gut feeling..prob has to reread everything and do his own research. I have to say he impressed me and if the decision does not go sh way then I don't think there can be much critiscm of him. He seemed fair. Any decision can obviously be appealed from both sides..though will be too late for the bod.

personally i wish maris was being dumped - he is ceo and therefore responsible. in my view he is not up to the job. however i understand the need for a smooth transition /handover should it arise

good post bartle - we may think the bod haven't been playing by the spirit of the game - but there is no proof. introducing the uncertainty with the judges observations so far is prob best tactic.

on the price of oil - maybe highlight that due to covid there has been a lack of investment in exploration etc which is why many experts predict the price might go significantly higher. although it has not been higher than 80s for 5 years it was before it was 2010-2014. so it is possible

Cebo - I agree with some of what you say. I have done 3 trades during the last two days - nothing huge and tbh what I call kebab money profit...my only worry now is that even with the decision going in our favour I only see a max 2p and if it goes against could easily halve.

I do think CA had the better day and I think it will be hard for the judge to agree to the sanction as the company has cash and oil is being produced. There is a year left in it providing no disaster. And I think there is a relatively strong argument to let it try to continue.

I only hope we don't get too many share holders tmrw going on about conspiracy theories. I am not saying the bod have not been underhand but without proof..I think it could weaken the case. The judge has presumably read all the emails anyway.

hur lawyer just contradicted himself - spent all yesterday saying no shareholder value as company bust . now he says they are better off under restructure as 5%.so now admitting there could be some value...haha...

slift - that option has now expired. It is up to the both parties what any new contract entails. Bluewater already have some vessels not hired out so unlikely that they would refuse imo

thanks rns - it just struck me it might be a way out where everyone gets something.

slift - i am wondering if the judge could compromise and adjust the equity ?
say the sanction could be agreed with 50% of equity transfer rather than 95%?
