"so being valued just over £1.3M. Maybe has some legs until they sort out their sales."
how much would you value a loss making company selling snake oil? how much of that cash will just keep the tracksuit king in his sun lounger lifestyle?
well i did predict the sp would drop on presentation....
i forgot they would release the info in an RNS - so the drop is as predicted.
once we have presentation and more blah blah jam tmrw - sp will probably drop further. no more good news on the immediate horizon will see this drift and the usual pre xmas sell off won't help
though the usual suspects will say i get every prediction wrong / lie etc
i did suggest selling before presentation....if you listened to fakey's lies ..then that's on you
lets give the context. you had been saying every day about the fakearound...and had predicted a leak the day before and an RNS to arrive that morning of 16th there was no rns at 7am...no leak...and nothing to suggest the rise later in the afternoon
actually there still has been no leak or rns to support the rise.
you got lucky on what looks very much like a pump and dump - and i was wrong on that day - there was a huge rise. one blemish on a pretty accurate prediction record
lets see how friday goes eh? will you be as honest as i have been?
fakey - you already admitted last week that i never said it would not get above 2.8p - why do you tell such silly porkies that can be uncovered in looking at my posting history for 2 minutes?
if sp goes up friday morn - i will admit i got it wrong...but if it goes down will you? will you tell the truth???
we have already been through my predictions - and most people know them on here....they have always been clear and consistent. i have been right most of the time.
Fakey...you do realise that grammatically "if" is a conditional? If I held...means I don't but I am doing a supposition .
I think my messages are very clear and not mixed at all.. I think the price will drop on the presentation.
If you believe in the share you can use that to your advantage to increase your stake.
I have always said that there could be a rise to 4.5p ish on receipt of full £4.5m ..so if there a drop TMRW it could also be a trading opportunity .However if the 4m doesn't come through..always a possibility then the sp will get crucified As odx still owe the gov and that the immediate future in snake oil is not great...a bit soft..and losses expected for the next two years.
So still plenty of risk even for a trade ...so the drop would have to be significant for me to take the risk
However I know you know all this and are just posting to ramp today.
I am not sure the bod could orchestrate a low ball offer - as the SH seem to be mostly PI? how would they get it past us? any third party trying to buy a stake would inflate the SP like bio did
now if the company were in debt then they could do a placing and dilute the existing SH to nothing...but we are not in debt. i know that if they lose to dhsc it could be a different story but lets assume that is 2-3 years away - CRL's post made a lot of sense on timescales to me.
if i was one of the bod - I would be speaking to bio and finding out what they saw in us worth buying a stake..then maybe focus on that?
crl i am not sure it is intentionally being driven down
i think the salad man crashed the price down through not being up to the job.
unfortunately whilst many of us celebrated his going - the market sees it as possible uncertainty which further hit the sp. persona;lly i still would rather be at this price temporarily and him gone than the alternative
the market is bad right now and people often exit leading to xmas. covid stocks are out of favour there is no compelling reason to buy ncyt at the moment - one can wait
and so the sp will drift until ncyt come up with some news .
KH - No idea but my bet would be at least a year possibly 2
I think people have been talking of 2-3 years for a court case. I would think that could be reasonable. Lets assume both parties play chicken in trying to negotiate.
you do know that the buy or sell notification is just a guess relative to the mid point between buy and sell price?
you can only tell what is a buy or sell by doing your own real/dummy trade at the same time.
the whole thing is a joke....for the big boys to stich up the little guys as always we can put someone into space but not tell accurately if it is a buy or sell...

val - he comes across as no nonsense - and his agenda seems to be against lifestyle CEOs..which is fine by me.
He does not always get it right - but clearly has good contacts.eg knew about odx placing when the company were issuing an rns saying they didnt need one.
i can understand he might grate on people - especially if he is targeting a company you are exposed to - but i think you ignore his comments at your peril
RE: Remember it’s curtains if they lose DHSC court case22 Nov 2022 15:42
val - who ?
tom w - never spoke but have read his stuff on SP and some of his bear casts Garyn - we have clashed on lse and twitter. i used to value his opinions but i just don't like the way he enjoys the little guy losing money through making mistakes
RE: Remember it’s curtains if they lose DHSC court case22 Nov 2022 15:37
TW - is tom winnifrith a marmite figure who runs share phrophets.
personally i quite like him and he is often accurate. not a big fan of gary newman - one of his writers and we have clashed in the past on other shares. i find he takes too much delight in people losing money and rubbing it in. not a good look
p100 - when i checked out both legal teams - they both seem good. i would prob give a slight edge to the gov team.
looking objectively - i suspect both sides have the ability to "drop the ball"...
personally at this time i don't think it will get to court - most commercial litigation cases don't.
what is more important is where the company are going in the future ...get this right now that salad man has gone and it will lessen any impact should decisions go against ncyt
