the way that the diagnostic companies shafted by the gov have been very "decent" in their disputes would suggest that there is merit in the opinion that ruffling gov's feathers could result in being "ignored" in the future.

when you have bad debts - there are some contracts that due to their potential magnitude fo future contracts - you try your best to sort it amicably

really? i suspect they would be interested in anyone who wants to buy product..or at least they should be..it is a business.

the issue is that there only line left is something the gov would not touch - so no fear of any other contracts which they don't understand

odx will need to re evolve in the future if they want to prosper....if they last at some point they will want to add to the portfolio again. maybe something more sophisticated than snake oil.....they won't want to close government doors

in my opinion they will continue to negotiate with the gov at the gov pace. the gov will either compromise or threaten to take them to court.
we will then see how robust odx position really is...will they want to risk the bod wages for next few years? lets see

dsaf - whilst there are those on here who clearly lack business acumen - the reality in this case they don't care if it is right or wrong....it is just use anything to desperately pump the share.

maybe they have spent considerable amounts to trade or average down - so just need a reasonable rise to get out....they can probably smell the freedom.

i am not sure why you would assume somebody that lost money on odx would want others not to make money? does not make sense to me.

have you thought that those who lost money and are no longer invested - might be more objective and dont have the agenda to pump the share so that newbies get sucked in and provide the opportunity for the rampers to get out?
