dsaf - i have been too busy to watch the presentation...did they still maintain they would be runnning at a loss for the next two years?

some on here have been saying likely to break even...and then that got extrapolated further into making a profit

is it boloney? as per usual.
i did think it would have to be rns if forecast on profitability were to change..but who knows with ODX!!!!

shares - you will be unlikely to get an informative and accurate answer from the usual suspects. there are two camps other than those critical. first are the unicorn poo rampers who distort and lie and then there are the "moaners" ..they come on just to moan about others

Exactly dsaf. Nothing new. Gov shafted all diagnostic companies. However odx seem to have got shafted more than most...purely cos they let themselves be used by signing a duff contract.

Dsaf...I think that is a reasonable prediction on having to pay half back...I think the gov will want to avoid a piddly court case. That will cost more than they recover.
Odx have the cash ..so are a bit more solid now than they were.

As far as getting ready..the contract was very clear and odx messed up on my opinion by not understanding it fully.

They were not covered for phase 2 expenses..but had penalties if they were late on production. So they assumed it was going ahead and hired all the staff for phase 2 without actually getting there...schoolboy error

They should have had a min amount for being on standby
..but they didn't. They allowed themselves to be used
