Mv..sp often gives a very different market capital than npv.

Especially on aim...where sentiment plays a big part.

If the finance deal comes in with no dilution..then aim speculators will see this as being very cheap with multibag potential.

This should rocket sp up in my opinion.

Yes the share has taken a battering..and many will have lost if they sold out.

If we get a finance deal that avoids dilution then pi will be flooding back in...and there is not a lot of float available due to the big boys share.

With LA mancha in charge..the company is a lot better. The risk will be gone and mine ready in 12 months or so.

Perfect time to get in for new and old investors.

Remember many lth prob sold on the way down from £1.50 and so will possibly looking to get back in

Tbh I don't think 5p or £1.50 are unrealistic..we just don't know where this will end up..everything depends on deal

The issue I would raise is that they currently cannot place below 20p nominal value.

Now there are ays around this but as far as I am aware this would involve a vote on re structuring the shares.

Pi are unlikely to vote for it..and I suspect Orion or la mancha or both...might not be keen.

Yes they can dilute the share base to hell and still keep their relative position...but do they want to sink more cash in...and then in effect take it private.

Was...a lot of people are/ were 100% sure this was either going to admin or diluted at 5p..eg publican...so we're prob just sitting there thinking the worst is they will lose a fraction of profit

The sp until interim fund did not suggest otherwise.

However now there is a serious risk of a possible good outcome plus sp has doubled.

If I were them I would be exiting stage left rapidly.

Was..I suspect a lot of shorts were opened at 50p etc..which further crashed the sp.

Whole it was bobbing around at 8-12p .the shorts were safe. But two rocket days and the big three sinking more cash in ..has now made it risky.

Closing shorts ...I think accounts for some of the buying.

Plus those coming back in or seeing a bit of a gamble

Atan...you have to remember that it is a clear tactic on here by some to misquote / distort / lie about opposing posters and posts.
