I have written on here many times why i stay - i won't give into abuse and harassment meant to drive me away.

as i have repeated many times - I would have left long time ago had it not been for a certain individual commenting after every post i make and following me on to other boards with the intention of abusing and harassing me - even though I ignore them.

everyone knows who it is - you just have to read the next post after every single one of mine

There have been times when the directors could have purchased shares without falling foul of the abuse of market regs.

primarily after the purchase of ygen and subsequent update.

they don't cos they don't care about SH - it would give a boost

unfortunately it also could indicate that they also don't have faith in their ability to move the sp.

management needs a shake up - not a fan of LR but i still think he might be our best option...ygen with money is possibly / probably a better bet than ncyt with ygen

i beg to differ..an experienced eye will look at a loss making company and see cash being burnt with no significant increase in contracts...

Just musinghere.....As i understand it la mancha provides long term capital (3-5 years) to ventures in anticipation of the companies being worth a lot more in the future - they make cash and the value of their fund goes up.

it would seem not to be in their interest for the company to go private - they want it on an exchange so that the share value can increase.

i suspect they may not trust glencore to go down the administration route and therefore have jumped on board to protect their interest and current holding.

so do they want to try and get financing deals with banks etc or do they want to have to put more money in themselves ?

still a huge risk of SH getting diluted and shafted....on the other hand it is not a foregone conclusion

Anyone who were stupid enough to act on the bas.hers advice and not buy in sub 2p (low was 1.7p offer) have already missed out on near 90% rise (high was 3.15p on 24th Nov)

there are continued quotes of £8m revenue but the reality is that is very small amount and clearly not enough to turn a profit. Anyone quoting revenue and not profit is doing so on purpose in my view to pump. the figures this year have been boosted artificially due to very modest orders not being met on time. Another sign of a badly run company who had to pay specialists to come in and advise how to work a couple of machines. presumably a card from their poker game was stuck in the mechanism ?..lol

odx were in an enviable position of being in the right place at the right - a test in a pandemic (last cold pepsi in the desert). they messed up big time signing a non contract and letting the whole golden opportunity ride past them whilst not understanding they were being shafted and the non contract had actually expired .

it was a sexxy stock. however now they only have their eggs in one basket and unfortunately it is a basket case.

no one in their right mind would think a contentious food sensitivity test is the golden egg?

the company also have been so bad that it appears they might be trying to hide their past by changing their name. i can see no other reason after years of trying to build a brand that you would throw it away unless it were better people did not know.

that is very bad news indeed if you cant improve sales in your own country.....what hope in a foreign country which requires more cash and manpower to sell. The usa is a notoriously hard market to break

The gov will pursue odx for the cash..because they can and it looks good in the public eye

Odx have done well to prolong paying back...and have played chicken well...they have had an interest free loan in effect...that they have done nothing with the money is not good.

Cos if they had to pay back tmrw then they would be on fumes again

Odx should have used some of their cash to buy something that could make money.

actually the longer without an rns - in my opinion the more possibility of looking at other financing methods.

if they were going to just turn private by diluting it more than an homeopathic remedy - it should be a pretty easy and straight forward carve up.
