I'm also buying. Sold out in December at more than three times. It's nowhere near as bad as the drop makes out. Though please keep giving me your shares. It's now a very attractive buyout opportunity for one of the US defence majors.

As WolfofWarks pointed out, they have lots of room left in the credit facility; working capital balance has shifted back to stock/debtors from cash. Not concerned at all. Losses have *shrunken*. They were *net cash* a couple of months ago and at worst would be close to that now. That's not a bad situation - most businesses have debt!

It's a great brand.

I've purchased another decent chunk of these to trade them for the 25'th time since early 2020. The previous 24 trades have been profitable, so I'm not at all concerned by the movements here or emotional exits by newbies...

Nope. Never heard of them before. It took me a while to realise they're another crypto miner... I think the rapidly growing number of miners is partly the reason for the reduced amount of funds in each. Same money, being spread more thinly... Will need to do more research on it.

I think we're going need a decent rise in BTC or at least a consolidation pattern to see much more action in the miners - just my opinion. Other parts of the market coming to life now and I'm beginning to move money into them, e.g. gold miners, though also cautious about those still.

I'm extremely cautious on the other miners atm. I've sold them all, except RIOT and ARB. Not keen to be left marooned at the top. Will change my strategy/opinion if BTC breaks above $70k.

I can see the possibility of a very juicy buyout from one of the US defence companies down the line...quite excited about the opportunity here. Fortunate to have sold my AVON shares in December last year @3,180.91....

Looks massively overdone. I'm in for a few. Will add significantly once the dust settles.

@2phevs: We've no way on knowing if he's a disgruntled employee or a slimebag pushing the price down, so he can benefit. It's not uncommon for people to do that... I tend not to base any investment decision on tips or comments on these boards.

I agree. The only other one that was close to this the Canadian gold miner, Fiore Gold, but that is being taken out... If gold becomes bullish, Serabi will generate tremendous amounts of cash and its sp will double at *some* point.

I don't mean to be melodramatic. But from what I understand, unless I'm wrong. A company that does not appoint a new Nomad within 30 days is automatically de-listed. That date will start to be relevant soon! Anybody fancy owning shares in a private company that cannot be sold, without calling Mr Biles and getting permission and telling you the price?

@K3VMC: Most CEOs want to see the share price do well, in order to keep major share holders happy. A CEO that ignores that for too long is usually shown the door. PW will know that. It would definitely also make an capital raise easier. Institutions are going to want to see what the share price has done since an IPO, before pouring in any extra money OR demand a huge discount.

The thought did enter my mind, but I think it will do more damage by freezing it for weeks at a time, so I don't think it's true. I hope they realise the consequences of not appointing a new Nomad within 4w.

Major market rotation underway into base and precious metals in the UK, US, Canadian markets. **Hopefully** we'll rise a bit with the incoming tide.

Looks like the start of a rotation into base- and precious metals miners, at least in the Canadian markets. EVERYTHING gold/copper is flying.

It's VERY, VERY simple. Either PW comes out with a statement for the market re: funding or people will make up their own mind.

Amanensia, I'm not trying to paint any picture. I'm a trader - I take my queue from the market. It is what it is.

I only currently have 2 miners: ARB and RIOT. ARB is currently my biggest holding. I'd definitely loook to change that asset allocation if the performance continues to suck.

If PW wants to see the share price rise, he needs to come out and make a statement regarding funding. It's that simple. If there's no statement, the market will make up its own mind.
