This is what I call moving... all on the back of the gold price. I'll start to grow horns if gold breaks $1,900.

I'm nervously optimistic. Feel much happier if/when we break $1,900. I guess the miners are moving up on the *expectation* of the future price of gold.

Anybody know the reason for the recent decline? The company looks rock-solid, if Stockopedia is to be trusted. Divi looks quite generous. Recent technicals look poor, so I've just taken a micro position to enable me to watch it closely for a while.

I thought the update was good, but I did notice the cash burn.

They had £60.7m end August 2020 and £12.7m one year later. That's roughly £4m/month cash burn. At that rate, the balance would be close to zero by end of this month. Obviously they'll have some debt facilities.

Unless I'm mistaken, they're his first shares, so he has an average of 72p. I very much doubt that he's buying with a 10% profit in mind...

FYI: I first heard about both CAML and ATYM from Stockopedia - from one of the excellent contributors, Edmund Shing (from BNP Paribas Wealth Management).

You might be confusing the rubbishy-looking (free) Stockopedia articles with their main platform, which is absolutely superb, and which has a very large user base, including PI's and II's.

There's no comparison whatsoever to IC. I subscribed to IC for years, but dropped it. IC is 5% of what Stockopedia is.

It's the PFAS technology that I see as the gem here. With $10b being allocated to its removal in the USA by Joe Biden. The way I see it, the company is either going to make a fortune with contracts OR it's going to be bought out by one of the big water filtration companies, e.g. Veolia.

In my opinion, there is NO WAY that the company is going to stay at £10m market cap. The share price has been 4x from the current level just a couple of years ago, with the same number of shares. Add PFAS into the equation and it becomes even more atractive. Clearly there will be pullbacks along the way and it could be a very rocky road.

I'm only worried if BTC itself tanks - and that is not yet happening. From what I see, the inflation scare is the *cause* of today's BTC rise and there seems to be solid support - so far.

The dilution from those options is totally immaterial. 1m new shares in 467m in total. Blink and you will miss it... 5-seconds of price movement, if that.

Looking like a nice time to take a (small) position in some of the other miners! With an emphasis on 'small' as the pullback could be much bigger.

It's because NASDAQ is down almost 2%. Miners are behaving as shares, while BTC is not.

If you want a pure copper play that is less risky than RMM, debt-free, cheap, pays a 7.5% divi, hugely profitable, with their mine in Western Europe, checkout Atalaya Mining. It's similar to CAML, but twice as profitable and much cheaper.

Disclaimer: I hold both RMM and ATYM, but I only have a tiny position on RMM.
