I think you're dramatically underestimating the greed of people working in the UK Financial services sector. I worked in that sector for 20+ years and I can tell you, they are MUCH greedier than you think and they have VERY thick skins.

The ARB spread is a joke.

Oh come on. It's often 10p. Its' rarely 1p. That's bloody terrible. It's not good! You could driver a frikken bus through the ARB spread.

One of the problems that I see here is the spread. That puts a lot of people off. I do NOT believe that it's due to excessive volatility or lack of liquidity. It's pure and simply, greedy MM's. These parasites need to go and get a real job and stop fleecing investors.

Looking at my weekly figures, without any doubt, miners are not doing as well as BTC/ETH. The investment returns on the coins have dramatically exceeded the miners. Not sure what's going on, but I won't be fighting the market. Have taken profits from a couple more of my miners and redeploying to OIL/COAL! He he, I'm hoping that Greta is not an ARB investor, seeing this.

There seems to be relentless selling pressure. Either somebody is playing games or a fund is offloading. Should move once either or both are gone.

@Rich: You have to admit. This has been a pretty good rise. At this rate, I might even get back to break-even!

I didn't think I'd be back here for a while...but here I am, after getting treated to another disastrous Rambler RNS.

I'll consider adding at 12-14p, not a penny more, unless I start to hear some good news and see an upward trajectory to the share price rather than this non-stop disaster story.

OK, it's not just a theory.

JP Morgan says that Institutional Investors are taking money out of gold and putting it into Bitcoin. It's nevertheless good to see some action on Gold today. Hope it last as all my gold miners are underwater and have been for several months.

It looks like the market disagrees with me, but I'll probably pickup some more if it goes sub-50p.

It really should be twice the price if that is true. I think it IS true, but the market has not realised it yet. Happy to see 55-60p for the moment.

They're really banging this. The volatility is incredible.

I'm not a chartist, but this does indeed look like a cup & handle formation. Very bullish.

Spot-on. I used to work in one of those shops for decades and I finally realised that most of them were totally clueless. Most don't even own any stocks, because they're not allowed to. They're just parasites, grabbing commission and running dusty spreadsheets. It took me several years to erase all the bad habits learned in a bank before I became a profitable private investor.

Every moment, a BOO shorter will be nervous; knowing that it could squeeze them to death.

On the other hand, my newly open long is already blue and it's only a modest size, so I can double or triple it at my leisure if it continues its descent. This really is a win-win situation and it's low-stress! High quality stocks like this inevitably rise in the long-term.

Bottom-line. There are some spread-betters shorting this. They're playing a dangerous game that rarely ever works. 90% will be wrecked. I am a trader and I would opena short if it was safe and likely to be profitable. It's neither of those things. Shorting a stock like BOO is for lunatics and soon-to-be-broke newbies only.

There are 20 brokers. I'd be surprised if they hack it that much. I would say that 100% upside is a pretty good safewty margin!!!! What do you expect, 1000% If so, then you're in fantasy land.

There is nothing unique to Boo here. EVERY retailer has the same issue. It's not going to last forever and I'm prepared to add, while I see so much panic here. They're net-cash and still profitable. People here are acting as though their losing money. That is not the case...

The consensus target price (average of 20 broker submissions) is 390.50p, which is more than 100% above the current price.

Even if we chop that in half, to 50% upside, that's attractive. If we chop it by three quarters down to 25% then it's still not a terrible upside.

In these scenarios, the most valuable thing is PATIENCE!
