I would say that THG is still massively committed to Ingenuity, given the recent partnership announcements in the press.

Including age verification with the company that does that for the post office.

So its not a goner IMO

Things never change here, Ingenuity is nothing special, many other companies do the same thing much more cheaply and efficiently.

The only decent thing is the nutrition business, but that so intertwined with that pile of junk it will never realise full value.

In fact I know that because i read it 10 times a day in various guises in multiple posts.

Asking me or anyone else on here what they can do is futile.

You never mention any of the activities that may well lead to answers/ changes , splitting into the three entities, senior management changes ,automation going live and so on.

All the time it's a major negative spin on the same thing, and it's not just tedious its actually boring the life out of me anyway.

If you do hold and are in profit for the love of god sell and stop posting in fact even if you are a loss sell.

Microsoft Accenture or pick another multi billion company with great tech they, will be in advanced discussions with a "Whale"

Interesting that they focus on the Quality of the e-commerce platform, i thought from various comments on here it is a pile of nothing, anyone can do what it does and one comment said that another company matched its capability it on an ancient set of kit.

Given that Liberum, seem to have a very poor view of the company, it is a bit surprising to see them to so upbeat about the quality of the e-commerce platform that MM has built .

The tone of this BB is generally negative, I have rarely seen such an amount of negative posts on a BB about a company that is clearly on the change, has addressed many of the issues that were of concern, and there appears to be much more in the locker.

I am a bottom feeder and if i wasn’t convinced that these posters are reading the actions of the company wrongly, i may have been teated to sell some of my holding.

Damien Sanders I would think, perhaps thats why is looking forward to working with Jeffries and the big hitter Phillip Noblet best person at HSBC 4years ago before he and his team were poached.

I think he will be well placed to take this forward.

There is a far better top team THG than there was this time last year, that's why i am invested..

Thats correct they also sold quite a bit of Wise in the prior reporting period if i remember correctly,

i think both they and JUP Uk were selling THG much earlier, its difficult to tell given the lack of data from them. (irony alert)

When we were in the 30’s i was convinced it was them selling.

So i was buying.lol

They had sold out by the 21st Nov, they were holding at the 9th of Sept.

They were hard pressed for liquidity having only 50 or so million available at that time.

Now they have 78 million available,

IMO the new investment committee was dissatisfied with both the THG and REV B, the new committee started at the end of June. ( the new committee took the investment decisions away from Jupiter UK Mid cap.

They also sold REVB in an off market transaction for 5 million., off market as it was suspended at the time.

So didn’t like the investments and needed the cash.

I would be amazed if thats what the lawyers and Financial advisors working for the QIA, recommended to the QIA investment board.
