I was praying for 80p 6 months ago..as were the rest of us.

The price action today is just some price action, it could be good or it could be bad for us holders..but thats investing

Since Apollo landed, the lowest SOFTP has been around 1.70p a share IE 2.7 billion, Librium stood at 225 and lex in the FT was higher, cant remember offhand what it was.

these are credible valuations with significant discounts applied on each area of the business.

Barclays valued nutrition in its last note as 350 million..( just Nuts)

If the SP falls back to 50 or 60p i will sell my worldly goods and get some more shares.

IF apollo walk away there will be others walking in..Nutrition and Beauty deals are being done weekly round the world..

THG is not a distressed seller for goodness sake

Thanks for posting this, deals seem to be going an around 4 times sales, Bloomberg intelligence said that they applied to 50% discount to nutrition to get to their sum of the parts of 2.7 billion.

That SOFTP is almost 2 pounds a share.

The Sky guy said or another bidder, kelso also said the same thing but they said multiple entities interested.

As i have said many times ( to some posters annoyance LOL), the big conglomerates will keep it honest, IMO they wont let it go cheap,

All new holders from last year, Balderton guys BGK etc will all have averages under 75, so they make money whatever happens they are in a good place.

They don't need to know the plan they know MM or they know the business.

This week

Someone is still buying at 25/.5, you could sell with no problem at that price all week

Buying was more tricky( for me),

I was often quoted 26 and above but it was mainly around 25.75 ish

But yesterday managed a small buy at 24.95

I think some small accumulation is going on.

And she has just been announced.!!

Revenue a shade under 6 billion Market cap a shade over 77 billion...

They have also streamlined the business, laying off more staff, sold their logistics unit and another unit the second one to Ocado.

Just going to focus on the tools for clients to sell on line.

Because i had far too many, and at approximately 33% profit after being in profit 4 times since holding i took a lot off the table, then of course bought back quite a lot after it went up again. LOL

But i have diversified away with the rest of the cash, and still hold a smidge into 6 figures so plenty of more profit to come, and most importantly for me,

I am now very comfortable holding them as i don't have far too many .

None of the big existing clients of THG will let this be sold for 3 billion, if you are Nestle or Coca cola, you buy THG keep my protein and ingenuity and the empty warehouses to automat and sell Beauty.

May protein did almost 700 million last year and has a very aggressive growth strategy with new partnerships and products so isn’t in the doldrums.

You then have two fully automated facilities 1 in the UK and 1 in the USA., that pick 1 million units a day between them.

and a,

A suite of end to end propriety software to run on Autostore robots with a fully experienced launch team as well as developers for maintenance and enhancement.

TGL has reminded everyone that counts 1.70 significantly undervalued the company and he is still in constant communication with the major shareholders.

An opening bid of 2 pounds will not see the light of day !MO, its worth much more IMO

I really hope another bidder is not PE but big deep pocketed American conglomerate , that see THG as a fantastic acquisition..
