@Nanoo was the ? in 'C?OMMUNICATIONS' in their original email?
Seems very apt lol
It's already been said by RNS: 'current financial year '!
"In addition, we have held numerous meaningful conversations with large companies across all 7 verticals. In particular, formal discussions have progressed extensively within the cosmetics and plant verticals which gives us encouragement that we will be able to deliver further development contracts during the current financial year although the final timing and eventual outcome of such discussions remains uncertain."
Imagine if UG/ExMS was CEO!
There would be no holding us back.
If only we could just pay him per hour for the work he actually does? lol
At least we know the RNS machine is still working :)
Thanks Trisor. I agree. Communication has been poor and sales has historically been a weakness, so they need to do more to show they have this in hand.
My personal take is that Duffin was too optimistic with what he said about the timing of the deals, but I still think he believed that those deals would come through.
The RNS does include a line that says something like the timing is not certain. This seems to have been skipped when he went in front of the camera.
But those are not the deals I'm (that) interested in.
The date is set for the filter exhibition with Volz, so they had better get cracking and get some news out about the Virosynth JV by then. I believe once we have a killer product released and Volz/Virosynth leading the sales efforts things could look a lot nicer. It's this constant uncertainty that is the difficulty and it feeds right into the hands of the derampers.

That's not true @UG. You would not create a legal obligation by doing all you could to make your building safer. No-one is saying it's foolproof and people could come into contact with the virus outside your building.
I seem to remember just after the lockdown the claim that buildings were 'covid safe'. It actually meant that they had a designated cleaner who would run a mile if covid was ever actually detected. lol
It's not just about making the world safer, it's about being seen to be making the world safer. Imagine you ran a business where customers would come into your building. If only 10% stayed away because they were worried about safety then you would still be losing out. Much better to install anti-viral filters and make a big song and dance about your building being safe, even if you don't give a monkeys yourself.
@pumpky that's a fairly bad strategy. Thant's why it's good they have evolved away from it now. The machine was bought when under BRH. From then on they were stuck with trying to get it to work.
They now have the strategy that they should have had all along, to licence the tech to other manufacturers, and have expanded this to multiple verticals(so not just masks but still possibly masks if a manufacturer wants to use it)
They didn't move away from masks, they 'evolved' their strategy away from being a manufacturer of masks themselves.
"Company has taken the decision to evolve its mask strategy to focus on licensing its novel technology into multiple verticals rather than manufacturing masks directly. "
ExMS, not really. If they are about the research deals then they are just nice to have's in my book. If they come to something at the end of the research that's when I would get excited.
I count the Volz deal as different since they would be able to get a product out into the market that would make revenue if that went ahead, and any news that Dr C has finished the factory upgrade and GBNano can supply nano particles at scale would also be big news for me.
If Duffers brings a handful of contracts for research partnerships I might get mildly excited. It would have to be something special for 1 of those deals to be that moving, unless of course it was with another unnamed global wellness company. That really set the SP on fire didn't it. :)
Not sure they are that price sensitive individually. He will judge each on it's merits I guess.
Who's to say that every signed agreement needs to be RNS'd separately? maybe he's going to knock out a big RNS with several at the last minute and were waiting to see the max number he can get before Santa arrives.
