Word on the street is Volz are too busy to go..probably manning double shifts on the machinery to crank out all the anti viral filter media for the big launch lol
@UG/EX You did put great store in our impending doom by the fact that the Virosynth Ltd confirmation statement was not filed..It's now been filed.
Both Thornton & Marsh are still listed as directors on the companies house site.

Not sure who the other bidders might have been Paul1Deano;
All I know is that Zen's bid was the successful bid:

Think I've got to agree with poorinvestor, this company is run by morons.
Look at the bloody date they put on the bottles! Idiots!
Interesting Link EXMS, are you ramping again? lol
CaO (also known as quicklime) is available in 25kg bags here:
https://cornishlime.co.uk/products/lime-binders/quicklime/
£13.69 pebbles
£16.39 powder
But if you want nano powder from the link you supplied the price goes up to 1000 grams/2329 €.
What a markup!
This pretty conclusively demonstrates the value-add of the ability to make and sell nano materials over their raw material costs :)

Whilst it is understandable for shareholders to be impatient regarding the slow pace of decision making in Africa, I would just point out that this is why we were able to get Tilapia from AAOG for only 200k in the first place.
Originally Zen had been willing to pay 1m for 80% but because approvals were not quickly forthcoming, AAOGs cash position and support of their main backer was waning the deal was changed to 100% for 200k.
A good chunk of that can be wiped out by the money we got back from Congo while we were operator(I forget the exact amount without chcking) but it doesn't leave much over.
For that last bit we got the ability to bid for the T2 as incumbent and ownership of the 5.7m due to AAOG. I'd say it's a fantastic deal and if it takes a bit longer to come to a conclusion I'm prepared to wait it out.

First we beat Covid now we will do the same for world hunger.

There's always some nasty bug waiting to kick humanity while it's down.
Unleash the nano-particles!
I've said before I will say again UG/EX should not be silenced, he should be listened to. Not his B/S predictions of failure of course.lol
If the BOD just took everything he said and put it into a SWOT analysis and made sure to cover every weakness then the company position would be much more defensible and shareholders would be a happy bunch..apart from UG who would end up working for free for a company he's not invested in! lol
Scrubs would be the perfect product. If worn all shift between patients the anti-viral will really be useful.
These guys have the right idea but use way more copper to get their antiviral effect.

I must say I don'y hold much store by the surgical gloves approach. Aren't they sterile on first use and discarded after?
They should go for something like bed linen and pillowcases that get reused IMHO.
Competitors are 10 quid at asda, but I'd guess we could use less copper in nano form and get the price per unit down.

All the overheads will be covered. How do we know? Because it's January!
Nano shot hydroponic product in the 1st quarter! Bring it on.
"The trials have shown great results and the Company will be launching a Nano shot for the hydroponics market in the first quarter of 2023 called the Atomic Nano."
https://www.techsciresearch.com/news/7322-united-kingdom-hydroponics-market.html

The website says this:
"On March 15, 2021, Zenith announced that Zenith Energy Africa Limited (“ZEAL”), its newly incorporated fully owned subsidiary, has entered into a share purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Candax Energy Limited (“Candax”) for the acquisition of a 100 percent interest in Candaxs fully owned subsidiary in Barbados, Ecumed Petroleum Zarzis Ltd (“EPZ”) (the “Acquisition”), which holds a 45% interest in the Ezzaouia Concession (“Ezzaouia”)."
....
"A Convention for the New Concession (the agreed work programme between ETAP and EPZ) has been signed by both parties."
Would our share not come from our takeover of EPZ and their share come from this signed contract?
@ExMS The wording on the 'about' page was past tense already.
It hasn't been recently changed to make it past tense.
There seems to have been a move at distancing Virosynth from Volz on the website. Several references to Volz that were on the front page have gobe, but not all references to Volz on all pages. (does thismean it's planned rather than a bustup? Or are they just completely useless at editing the web pages?)
They need to let us know what's happening and the fact that there has just been a commercial update that mentioned none of this is highly suspicious.
However to answer DR M's question I do think there may be valid reasons for not being seen as Volz puppet if we are potentially looking to sell our process to their competitors.
Can't rule out the possibility that they could just get lucky though.
All those companies at the filter show. There could just be one or 2 that really dig the idea.
@EXMS
My comment is only in jest. But it's in todays RNS:
"The Board is now firmly of the view that the Group has clear direction and a detailed execution plan."
I welcome the news of planned executions. :)
Well I've joined you in averaging down, still upset with Cave and Duffin but have belief that Jonathan Thornton is a proper business man who will make this come good.
