The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Clearly that's because they have re-branded to nanovate, but it is bad form not to just redirect traffic from the old site to the new.
@UG, What's that you say about making blind men see? :)

Good detective work UG!
That's massive news knowing that O2 are somehow involved.
Calls directing straight to them instead of Virosynth is a good sign. lol
They are a huge household name.
Not sure if they are already involved with filters or not.
I wonder what they have in store for the tech? lol
lol @UG you are trying to convince PW (who does exhibitions) that they don't know how it works!
You are just making an exhibition of yourself now :)
@UG I don't know the precise mechanics; At present this is just a theory in my head. lol
I see the 400k more as a possible compensation payment to Volz as they were probably quite keen to use the material themselves since converting their production line to do so and to oil the wheels of them being agreeable to a total agreement with the 3rd party.
Anyway I don't know what is going on. It could go either way.
It all depends what they tell us.

Exclusivity to the patented antiviral material? (Subject to other partial owners of the JV also agreeing.)
I wonder if the 400k raise was to pay off Volz to get a deal with another party through?
All guesswork.

@UG Virosynth are a subsidiary of Nanosynth;
So Nanosynth can discuss about selling Virosynth if they want to.
@UG My guess is that sine they were working with 'multiple' filter manufacturer other than just Volz, the other one didn't want the tech widely available. They probably couldn't stop VOLz implementing it unless they paid them off, but they would not want us out there at Filtech pushing the product to all others. Hence the date of the conference has put pressure on us to give them an exclusive(other than maybe Volz) contract or a trade sale. All guesswork.

@UG the statements have been past tense for a long time.
It doesn't tell us anything.
Really pinning my hopes on the 2 new(not so new now) guys on the BOD.
Peter Gray & Andrew Stedman both with strong M&A backgrounds.

It's amazing how UG can gauge the results of a CEO before he's set foot in the door. Where is he today? At the fair doing palm readings?
We will know soon enough;
If it's good news I'd expect they'd want to tell us soon.
If it's bad news they will probably go silent and hope something else lands before they tell us.
I wonder if Volz have been a bit canny; Using the Filtech stand to gauge the industry interest in the product and then swooped to take the lot once their market research panned out.
If these numpties messed it up before the even even started it would be a record even for them..heads would have to roll..again!!
The stand is not available for purchase. It's only not got a company name in it.
Still not great.
Tweet is still there:

Hoping this is just a glitch with the website or a sale of Virosynth.
I too would be interested @Castle;
Which is your favouite IP? :)
"Coupled with this, the Board has strengthened the Company's intellectual property portfolio, beyond the two pre-existing licenced process patents, filing two new patents in the areas of "Nanoparticles for the use in anti-pathogenic applications" (WO2022084685A1) and "Soluble nanoparticles for the use in cosmetic and sunscreen applications" (GB202118048DO). The Company's research and development across its seven chosen vertical markets has led to additional intellectual property being identified which we expect to file in due course."
Only 2 weeks to go till the filter conference.
They had better not mess this up!
@Poor. Spot on. They need to up their game this time. No more fk ups with shareholders hard earned. UG on the BOD is a start. He would tell them every last thing they are doing wrong and enjoy every minute of rubbing it in. What doesn't kill them will make them stronger.
It's almost impossible for me to believe that this event won't result in something good for the company, but given their past record they have the capability to make a mess of even a sure thing. GLA
The Chairmans job is up for grabs UG if you have the free time. lol
I believe Volz will be going.
They won't have a stand of their own because they are totally behind the JV.
They will be working the room to use their contacts/influence to pass leads to Virosynth, who will have branded themselves to look totally independent from Volz to get the sales from all quarters.
