What does it matter if they spike the sp first? They can dilute me as much as they like if it`s over 1p and all the money goes into buying up BT. 1p would be a 5 bag for the placers before any dilution happened. It`s not if they place that I care about its what price and what the proceeds get used for.

If they have some of the 5m left in cash, maybe they`d be able to snap up the bargains on infrastructure priced in TAO?

If they are going to raise all that money it would be nice if there was a retail offer to existing shareholders. Not that I know if I`ll have the funds or not but it would just be the right thing to do.

ART, Assuming your logic is correct and BTC will fall and not rise for a year, and TAO being linked to BTC will do the same, if I`m understanding right?, wouldn`t that make this year the perfect time to raise capital to buy TAO?

So I think what you are saying is that they got spiked previously with the 10m quid but you expect the 100m usd will be invested near the lows if they get it in this year?

I think the £1.77 was probably from that old article or at least from the researchers behind it. Can`t remember the link. I guess the amnesia is spreading.

That does beg the question, if it`s just based on Evoo and fails to take into consideration all the other things the company now intend to do as well, maybe they need to upgrade it :)

Mark & Siam need to be talking to Bixby. I posted on Tir how I think all that deregistration TAO could maybe find a good home if ASTR place, but also there is the code of the KDN1 subnet to consider. This was RNS`d to be going fully operational in Q1 2026 and now that rug has been pulled by taking the subnet slot off them.

Surely an almost reddy to launch codebase that could come into ASTR`s incubation process be tested to check they agree on it`s commercial potential and launched on an ASTR owend subnet in future?

ASTR will probably place in the not too distant future. Why not take all that TAO and participate and let others do the deals inside Bittensor for us.

Also I don`t think this is random. I think the smart minds would have figured this to happen after the halving, The reasons why TAO and BTC are different in this respect IMHO is the subnets. If the subnets get less emissions they have to burn their reserves to cover opex, this depresses the price of TAO and at the same time they will look for new money to come in to tide them over till they get their revenue up. This is the perfect time for Astrid to put money into TAO and offer OTC deals to subnets who are starting to get a little needy for capital. We should be able to get some fantastic deals out of it.

I wouldn`t be surprised if they want to get a raise away before then. The dip in TAO is a gift. if they can get us over 0.8p and put all the proceeds into Bittensor I`d be ok with that as long as we get in at a low price of TAO;

I think people are starting to realise just how credible Mark and Siam are. You don`t need to understand Bittensor or even crypto at all to invest here they will do the hard stuff for us. Not even a dat but an operating company that quietly buys up the infrastructure and embeds itself at the heart of the future of decentralised ai.

I`m not sure if they were talking about Astrid or dsv but they mention on the podcast selling something to Const; It just shows how embedded and switched on to TAO ecosystem they are, that they can grab a deal before Const and sell it on, no doubt for a nice little earner?

OK well I'd like some Seavoo news too.

I just don't take the absence of specific information about Seavoo in and RNS about something else to mean it's all come crashing down. I think if it had it would be material news and require an RNS anyway. The lack of such an RNS is comforting to me, but I don't know and it's only natural for uncertainty to give the jitters. It would have been better if they had mentioned Seavoo explicitly and said news would be separate.
