For all the scaremongering if EVOO went under it would probably be the best outcome for SCGL. There was extensive due diligence conducted before the agreement so we know the IP is of worth, If they can`t repay the loan I guess we grab the IP and run with it ourselves but with direct ownership of that IP internal to Sealand?

Colenal, Whether it requires notification is probably dependent upon why they left. If they left under a cloud because things were going wrong I would agree with you that I would like to see that RNS`d, but if they left because 1 had retired and the other had successfully completed his remit, it probably doesn`t require it imho.

This isn`t new news about the 2 of them leaving, it was mentioned on this board at the time. I think the view was that the other guy was very old. Nothing sinistar just that it was probably time for him to hang up his boots.

Colenal, I appreciate your view and to be fair none of us know what is going on behind closed doors, but to answer your question, it`s unlikely Gordon was employed to see the whole thing through to completion just to ensure that his communication and media knowledge was imparted, he could well have completed his task before the completion of the whole, though we don`t actually know what has been completed and are waiting to hear about a launch.

I do agree they need to tell us something soon about what is happening with EVOO, as that information vaccum leads to wild guesses either way. I`m sick of being a mushroom.

Yes it was certainly a coop to get him and noteworthy, but his knowledge is now baked into the machine and so I guess in one sense his digital avatar will continue to work for us forever.
