Step 1: Depress the share price (this bit is going really well! Well done BOD!) Step 2: Huge buy back of shares using cash. Step 3: Volz announcement that filters are a go & BOD media ramping. Cave on Telly. Step 4: Use shares in treasury to get SA over the line. Step 5: Champers all round.
Some how I suspect they just plan to do nothing and pray instead though.

Virosynth protect the air you breath! They don't want nasty chemicals in there.
Chlorhexidine! Sure we could use something that kills you if you breath it in, but it doesn't seem the smartest thing to do to coat your ventilation system filters with it.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chlorhexidine#Side_effects "When ingested, CHG is poorly absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract and can cause stomach irritation or nausea. If aspirated into the lungs at high enough concentration, as reported in one case, it can be fatal due to the high risk of acute respiratory distress syndrome."
"Italy is the second-largest European buyer of Russian gas after Germany.\n\nGas analysts warned that if the Russian squeeze on supplies carried on then Europe was likely to face much higher prices over the winter. Gas prices in Europe have already soared in the past year, stoking inflation and a cost of living crisis for many countries.\n\n“Today’s developments are going to be a massive shock for gas prices as Europe is now going to struggle to refill its storages ahead of next winter if this reduction is for an extended period of time,” said Tom Marzec-Manser at ICIS. "
Doesn't look good for anyone.. apart from gas producers.
This was the best bit of the RNS for me; Hidden in plain sight:
"Beyond Torrente Cigno, our Italian portfolio presents several exciting development opportunities, and we hope to deliver news on this front during the year once we receive the necessary approvals to develop our other natural gas production concessions."
Contrast this to the company website:
"Zenith’s Italian energy production interests hold significant potential for development and increased energy production. The development programme is primarily concentrated on the Torrente Cigno concession, where the Company is finalising a plan to drill a development well, to be named MV-2, to explore the updip structure of the Miocenic and Cretaceous carbonates formations"
The RNS statement was not about MV-2(at Torrente Cigno) but other ' development opportunities' in the 'Italian portfolio', and 'several' of them at that.
Cave has shown he can have the ideas, but has absolutely no business nous to take them to fruition. He will have more ideas and they will be pumped. Who knows maybe they will have learned their lesson next time.
"The White House said it also plans to double its investment in domestic fertilizer production, to $500 million from $250 million, to lower costs for growers.
The effort will attempt to ease one of the main culprits behind the spike in food prices: a global shortage of fertilizer.
“That’s why earlier this year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that would invest $250 million to produce fertilizer production,” Biden said Wednesday, recalling an earlier conversation he had with Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack.
“I turned to Tom, and I said, ‘Tom, double that. Make it $500 million.’ It’s so desperately needed. We can’t take chances,” Biden said. “It’s critical to get this done.”"

"A second international crude lifting for a quantity of at least approximately 52,000 barrels of oil produced from the Company's 22.5% working interest in the Sidi El Kilani concession (onshore Tunisia) is expected to take place in June 2022."
Second lifting could be any time now; Lets hope that oil price holds for a nice payday to ZEN.
