I like the SAVP story so I am buying in. 10000 as a starter and will see... This is the summer market and anything can happen, and probably will.

I reckon this latest RNS is very bullish. Things are moving - and in the right direction. l've doubled my investment but work it out for yourself.

When a good deal comes along, you have to take it. More jam tomorrow. However,I agree with other posters, we need to get today's oil flowing if the SP is ever to shift in a positive way now. My hunch is that there is some better news on its way within the next four weeks. Fingers crossed.

As at 1600 hrs, LSE shows sold 11,000, bought 798,000. Result: S.P. falls!

Adoubleuk, I Iive in France, too. We all share the same problem - where to put such money as you have. Cash? Which currency. Shares - with the big crunch coming? Gold is not responding to any crisis but a few shares might give some protection. I'm in oils because the stuff comes in dollars. If the pound tanks, surely dollar stocks must suffer less?

Anybody got better ideas?

Afritin up 11% and Bushveld hold 60% of the shares... Can't be bad. At least that's how it looks from my cabin in S.W. France. I'll be watching what happens next week with even more interest than usual.

I'm waiting for mid march report and info on divi. However Centamin could kick off a good rise shortly. Long term, I'm relaxed - there must be a financial panic coming soon and a flight to gold should be part of it.

Eish... A very sensible approach, if I might say so. At some point this year I'm sure that the price will break through previous highs of around 24p. A waiting game.

I think that it is purely market sentiment. There were raging optimists on board It will take a bit of time but I'm sure it will edge back up to around 150 at the end of this year. Be comforted that the boss man buys when it dips below 105. A very safe share, IMHO
